Part 1 - Idea Suggestion if you don't need the money right now.

I want to extend my offer again. Some of you may like the idea of using money generated from being a team member of mine to use in charity. A couple to a dozen sisters could each work on a different track and with the money do something like give it all in charity if you don't need money right now. You could buy land and place about 10-20 of these Microhauses on it to shelter the homeless. Please see the YouTube link for MicroHaus. I love this idea and suggestion. And Allah (swt) would give me, for this suggestion if you did it, separate and unique barakat and hasanat separate from the barakat and hasanat of you doing something like this.

A couple of obvious factors for a project like this would be:

Unit Numbers
Only accepting referrals from Masjids
Bed bugs and cleaning and maintenance
Linen (the change of linen for the tenants)
Water, Sewage and Electric
Lot or Land Purchase
15 tracks would be a 4 year rotation for 15 team members. But in 4 years God-Willing there may be 15 new additional tracks to the existing 30+. Making for another 4 years of potentially $20,000 every 3 months.
Each song is God-Willing going to be subject to a re-mastering over the next 90 days God-Willing. So may have to get started with everything in 90 days. I have already completed 36 re-Masters they would be the first 36 in the Spotify Link 15+ Selected P.D.H. Cafe Tracks below.
You may want to only work with women in those MicroHaus's
When the tenants start receiving income then there may need to be a clause in the agreement to start paying a not too unfair rent amount.

Part 2 - Information about the Distrokid Split and My Music and Social Media

Though I could work with 30 Influencers at a time. Rotating them to a different track every 3 months...I am kind of targeting 30 Influencers. 50% Splits But, absolutely looking for that first influencer to establish a proof of concept and word of mouth buzz, referrals, etc.
Seeking 20-30 Influencers rotating on 41 tracks.
Non-quota requirement goal of 40k downloads per track every 3 months.
Would mean for Influencers:
Min of $20,000 USD every 3 months for 45 months.
Approximately, $80,000/year for 4 years.

This could also work well for someone who already has a job and they would like to transition into something else, or relocate to better work/life balance and quality of life.

So Again: Topic is of Splits. I am open to doing Splits on my music. 50% - If you get 40,000 downloads then that is $20,000 to you and $20,000 to me...and of course the same upward and downward. I have 30+ tracks but, 41 of them are pretty solid. So I can work with 20-30 team members on Splits at a time. So Again: If all you like were 11 of my 41 re-Mastered tracks then that would potentially be $20k times 11 or $220,000 to you over 33 months. That is basically potentially $80,000 per year. This is not a con or gimmick or scam. Simple Steps to do this are:

1. Join Distrokid Distribution (partly owned by Spotify). Here is the link to join Distrokid.

2. Fill out your user account. Create username. Create your receive payment method (Paypal is best).

3. Let me know your email.

4. Let me know what tracks you'd like to promote.

5. Let me know duration of promotion (3 month increments) for 40k download target though not a quota requirement.

6. I assign your email to the track and set the revenue "Split" to 50/50.

7. Distrokid does all of the accounting. It is automated. They do not tell me your personal information. They do not tell you my personal information. When the money is reported in 3 months for example by Apple Music you will see a notice of revenue generation and a button to withdraw the money. If you have Paypal as your receive payment method, when you click the button it will automatically be sent to your Paypal account.

8. Promote to your followers to download a track from Apple Music, etc.
