Sometimes a believer may run into the situation of someone cursing them every day for years or even decades.

Bismi Allahi Al Rahmani Al Raheemi
ASA WR WB to believing Muslim friends.

Sometimes a believer may run into the situation of someone cursing them every day for years or even decades. There really are only 2 categories of why a believer would be experiencing this.
1. They actually lost favor (Nafiya) with Allah (swt).
2. Someone else lost favor (Nafiya) with Allah (swt) and want you to be the "Fall Guy", scapegoat, or sacrifice for them.

It is very important to ask Allah (swt) 2 things:
1. What are my rights against this?
2. What are the ordinances on offering a sacrifice or scapegoat to Allah (swt).

For number 1, the questions I would ask would be:
A. Don't I have the right to seek of the bounties of Allah (swt) in the land and be productive and righteous? And then Allah (swt) taught me about Nabi Salih (Salaha) (epbuh).
B. Don't I have the right to study and seek knowledge about religion and career? And then Allah (swt) taught me about Nabi Idris (Darasa) (epbuh).
C. Don't I have the right to trade merchandise that I wish to trade on the trade tables? And Allah (swt) taught me about Nabi Shuaybi (epbuh).
D. Don't I have the right to have freedom of movement to be productive, righteous and faithful in the land? And then Allah (swt) taught me about the Bankruptcy Ayats of the Holy Quran in Surahtul Muhammad (epbuh) Ayats 1, 32, 33, 34; and Surahtul Nahli Ayat 88.

For number 2 above, I did some amount of research on the Ordinances of Offering Sacrifices and Scapegoats to Allah (swt).

imgs - Treacherous (throw back Covenant reminder), Cancel not your Charity by..., Hinderers (Bankruptcy ayats), La Wazira (release from being a scapegoat, sacrifice, or fall guy for someone else).

No one should feel that they have years or decades to curse someone or make them their bearer of their burdens. Who has accumulated so many good deeds upon the Scales of Allah's Judgment that they can afford to take time off from stacking good deeds and earn evil deeds every day for years or decades through cursing a believer minding their own business? That would be unjust. Those who are unjust, abusive, wicked, oppressive to believing Muslims are classified as Zalimun. When you find this type then ask Allah (swt) to condemn them for eternity as Zalimun. And also ask Allah (swt) that if they wish to be retaliatory or angry with anyone then they should be angry with themselves because it was their own actions and deeds that defined them as such.

Amin.

Concerning Sacrificial Offerings

Perhaps, there are some that feel that they not only can sacrifice a man or an animal outside of the Sacred Precincts, but, can also eat of the sacrificial offering themselves and drink it's blood. Well, there are laws and ordinances against that. But, if they say, "well it is not derived from the Altar Offerings Ordinances, but, from the Last Supper Event", then, I have included the Surahtul Maidah passages especially the one concerning not rejecting Allah if they eat the Last Supper.

Leviticus 17
Eating Blood Forbidden

1 The LORD said to Moses, 2 "Speak to Aaron and his sons and to all the Israelites and say to them: 'This is what the LORD has commanded: 3 Any Israelite who sacrifices an ox, a lamb or a goat in the camp or outside of it 4 instead of bringing it to the entrance to the Tent of Meeting to present it as an offering to the LORD in front of the tabernacle of the LORD--that man shall be considered guilty of bloodshed; he has shed blood and must be cut off from his people. 5 This is so the Israelites will bring to the LORD the sacrifices they are now making (to evil spirits) in the open fields. They must bring them to the priest, that is, to the LORD, at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting and sacrifice them as fellowship offerings. 6 The priest is to sprinkle the blood against the altar of the LORD at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting and burn the fat as an aroma pleasing to the LORD. 7 They must no longer offer any of their sacrifices to the (pagan) (goat) idols to whom they prostitute themselves. This is to be a lasting ordinance for them and for the generations to come.' 8 "Say to them: 'Any Israelite or any alien living among them who offers a burnt offering or sacrifice 9 and does not bring it to the entrance to the Tent of Meeting to sacrifice it to the LORD--that man must be cut off from his people. 10 " 'Any Israelite or any alien living among them who eats any blood--I will set my face against that person who eats blood and will cut him off from his people. 11 For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one's life. 12 Therefore I say to the Israelites, "None of you may eat blood, nor may an alien living among you eat blood." 13 " 'Any Israelite or any alien living among you who hunts any animal or bird that may be eaten must drain out the blood and cover it with earth, 14 because the life of every creature is its blood. That is why I have said to the Israelites, "You must not eat the blood of any creature, because the life of every creature is its blood; anyone who eats it must be cut off." 15 " 'Anyone, whether native-born or alien, who eats anything found dead or torn by wild animals must wash his clothes and bathe with water, and he will be ceremonially unclean till evening; then he will be clean. 16 But if he does not wash his clothes and bathe himself, he will be held responsible.' "

Levitcus 22
Instructions for the Priests concerning Sacrificial Offerings and Cleanliness

1 The LORD said to Moses, 2 "Tell Aaron and his sons to treat the sacred gifts that the Israelites set apart for me with great care, so they do not profane my holy name. I am the LORD. 3 Remind them that if any of their descendants are ceremonially unclean when they approach the sacred food presented by the Israelites, they must be cut off from my presence. I am the LORD! 4 "If any of the priests have a contagious skin disease or any kind of discharge that makes them ceremonially unclean, they may not eat the sacred offerings until they have been pronounced clean. If any of the priests become unclean by touching a corpse, or are defiled by an emission of semen, 5 or by touching a creeping creature that is unclean, or by touching someone who is ceremonially unclean for any reason, 6 they will remain defiled until evening. They must not eat any of the sacred offerings until they have purified their bodies with water. 7 When the sun goes down, they will be clean again and may eat the sacred offerings. After all, this food has been set aside for them. 8 The priests may never eat an animal that has died a natural death or has been torn apart by wild animals, for this would defile them. I am the LORD. 9 Warn all the priests to follow these instructions carefully; otherwise they will be subject to punishment and die for violating them. I am the LORD who makes them holy. 10 "No one outside a priest's family may ever eat the sacred offerings, even if the person lives in a priest's home or is one of his hired servants. 11 However, if the priest buys slaves with his own money, they may eat of his food. And if his slaves have children, they also may share his food. 12 If a priest's daughter marries someone outside the priestly family, she may no longer eat the sacred offerings. 13 But if she becomes a widow or is divorced and has no children to support her, and she returns to live in her father's home, she may eat her father's food again. But other than these exceptions, only members of the priests' families are allowed to eat the sacred offerings. 14 "Anyone who eats the sacred offerings without realizing it must pay the priest for the amount eaten, plus an added penalty of 20 percent. 15 No one may defile the sacred offerings brought to the LORD by the Israelites 16 by allowing unauthorized people to eat them. The negligent priest would bring guilt upon the people and require them to pay compensation. I am the LORD, who makes them holy." 17 And the LORD said to Moses, 18 "Give Aaron and his sons and all the Israelites these instructions, which apply to those who are Israelites by birth as well as to the foreigners living among you. If you offer a whole burnt offering to the LORD, whether to fulfill a vow or as a freewill offering, 19 it will be accepted only if it is a male animal with no physical defects. It may be either a bull, a ram, or a male goat. 20 Do not bring an animal with physical defects, because it won't be accepted on your behalf. 21 "If you bring a peace offering to the LORD from the herd or flock, whether to fulfill a vow or as a freewill offering, you must offer an animal that has no physical defects of any kind. 22 An animal that is blind, injured, mutilated, or that has a growth, an open sore, or a scab must never be offered to the LORD by fire on the altar. 23 If the bull or lamb is deformed or stunted, it may still be offered as a freewill offering, but it may not be offered to fulfill a vow. 24 If an animal has damaged testicles or is castrated, it may never be offered to the LORD. 25 You must never accept mutilated or defective animals from foreigners to be offered as a sacrifice to your God. Such animals will not be accepted on your behalf because they are defective." 26 And the LORD said to Moses, 27 "When a bull or a ram or a male goat is born, it must be left with its mother for seven days. From the eighth day on, it will be acceptable as an offering given to the LORD by fire. 28 But you must never slaughter a mother animal and her offspring on the same day, whether from the herd or the flock. 29 When you bring a thanksgiving offering to the LORD, it must be sacrificed properly so it will be accepted on your behalf. 30 Eat the entire sacrificial animal on the day it is presented. Don't leave any of it until the second day. I am the LORD. 31 "You must faithfully keep all my commands by obeying them, for I am the LORD. 32 Do not treat my holy name as common and ordinary. I must be treated as holy by the people of Israel. It is I, the LORD, who makes you holy. 33 It was I who rescued you from Egypt, that I might be your very own God. I am the LORD."

Holy Quran Chapter of the Table Spread with Food (Passover) Al Maidah
This is an ordinance and sunnah concerning the rejection of Allah with Al Maidah.

[5:111] "And behold! I inspired the disciples to have faith in Me and Mine Messenger. they said, ’We have faith, and do thou bear witness that we bow to Allah as Muslims’".
[5:112] Behold! the disciples, said: "O Jesus the son of Mary! can thy Lord send down to us a table set (with viands) from heaven?" Said Jesus: "Fear Allah, if ye have faith."
[5:113] They said: "We only wish to eat thereof and satisfy our hearts, and to know that thou hast indeed told us the truth; and that we ourselves may be witnesses to the miracle."
[5:114] Said Jesus the son of Mary: "O Allah our Lord! Send us from heaven a table set (with viands), that there may be for us - for the first and the last of us - a solemn festival and a sign from thee; and provide for our sustenance, for thou art the best Sustainer (of our needs)."
[5:115] Allah said: "I will send it down unto you: But if any of you after that resisteth faith, I will punish him with a penalty such as I have not inflicted on any one among all the peoples."
[5:116] And behold! Allah will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Didst thou say unto men, worship me and my mother as gods in derogation of Allah.?" He will say: "Glory to Thee! never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, thou wouldst indeed have known it. Thou knowest what is in my heart, Thou I know not what is in Thine. For Thou knowest in full all that is hidden.
[5:117] "Never said I to them aught except what Thou didst command me to say, to wit, ’worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord’; and I was a witness over them whilst I dwelt amongst them; when Thou didst take me up Thou wast the Watcher over them, and Thou art a witness to all things.

[5:118] "If Thou dost punish them, they are Thy servant: If Thou dost forgive them, Thou art the Exalted in power, the Wise."
[5:119] Allah will say: "This is a day on which the truthful will profit from their truth: theirs are gardens, with rivers flowing beneath,- their eternal Home: Allah well-pleased with them, and they with Allah. That is the great salvation, (the fulfilment of all desires).
[5:120] To Allah doth belong the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is therein, and it is He Who hath power over all things.

Something that I should remember from Tobit, especially when coming across Catholic friends.

{The New Revised Standard Bible with the Apocrypha has a very difficult story about Tobit and his son's (Tobias') marriage to a girl named Sarah. Powerful help from God (Allah) was needed and given, but, some of the conditions for receiving that powerful help are spelled out in Tobit 13. [Namely (a natural measure of) praising; acknowledging the works of; and glorifying Yahweh (Al Huwa); fasting, almsgiving; righteous efforts towards works.] To Yahweh (Allah) be the glory and the praise. In terms of alsmgiving...1 should not give more than they can afford. And charity can begin at home amongst family and relatives and extend out from there. This is a good passage to remember when I come into contact with some of my Catholic friends. (Sort of common grounds between us...where our paths cross, so to speak.)} It seems to be similar to the instructions from Allah (swt) in Surahtul Rumi (The Romans) of the Holy Quran: [30:14]On the Day that the Hour will be established,- that Day shall (all men) be sorted out.[30:15]Then those who have believed and worked righteous deeds, shall be made happy in a Mead of Delight.[30:16]And those who have rejected Faith and falsely denied our Signs and the meeting of the Hereafter,- such shall be brought forth to Punishment.[30:17]So (give) glory to God, when ye reach eventide and when ye rise in the morning;[30:18]Yea, to Him be praise, in the heavens and on earth; and in the late afternoon and when the day begins to decline.[30:19]It is He Who brings out the living from the dead, and brings out the dead from the living, and Who gives life to the earth after it is dead: and thus shall ye be brought out (from the dead).
Tobit 13
1 When the wedding celebration was ended, Tobit called his son Tobias and said to him, "My child, see to paying the wages of the man who went with you, and give him a bonus as well." 2 He replied, "Father, how much shall I pay him? It would do no harm to give him half of the possessions brought back with me. 3 For he has led me back to you safely, he cured my wife, he brought the money back with me, and he healed you. How much extra shall I give him as a bonus?" 4 Tobit said, "He deserves, my child, to receive half of all that he brought back." 5 So Tobias called him and said, "Take for your wages half of all that you brought back, and farewell." 6 Then Raphael called the two of them privately and said to them, "Bless God and acknowledge him in the presence of all the living for the good things he has done for you. Bless and sing praise to his name. With fitting honor declare to all people the deeds of God. Do not be slow to acknowledge him. 7 It is good to conceal the secret of a king, but to acknowledge and reveal the works of God, and with fitting honor to acknowledge him. Do good and evil will not overtake you. 8 Prayer with fasting is good, but better than both is almsgiving with righteousness. A little with righteousness is better than wealth with wrongdoing. It is better to give alms than to lay up gold. 9 For almsgiving saves from death and purges away every sin. Those who give alms will enjoy a full life, 10 but those who commit sin and do wrong are their own worst enemies. 11 "I will now declare the whole truth to you and will conceal nothing from you. Already I have declared it to you when I said, "It is good to conceal the secret of a king, but to reveal with due honor the works of God.' 12 So now when you and Sarah prayed, it was I who brought and read the record of your prayer before the glory of the Lord, and likewise whenever you would bury the dead. 13 And that time when you did not hesitate to get up and leave your dinner to go and bury the dead, 14 I was sent to you to test you. And at the same time God sent me to heal you and Sarah your daughter-in-law. 15 I am Raphael, one of the seven angels who stand ready and enter before the glory of the Lord." 16 The two of them were shaken; they fell face down, for they were afraid. 17 But he said to them, "Do not be afraid; peace be with you. Bless God forevermore. 18 As for me, when I was with you, I was not acting on my own will, but by the will of God. Bless him each and every day; sing his praises. 19 Although you were watching me, I really did not eat or drink anything—but what you saw was a vision. 20 So now get up from the ground, and acknowledge God. See, I am ascending to him who sent me. Write down all these things that have happened to you." And he ascended. 21 Then they stood up, and could see him no more. 22 They kept blessing God and singing his praises, and they acknowledged God for these marvelous deeds of his, when an angel of God had appeared to them.
