A series of Blogs and Notes on the Ayats of Quran; Verses of Bible; & USA Muslim Economy. Please excuse any errors from me (in some notes thoughts are all over the place) the good of it is from Allah.
What I can see about death is that it is either coming from Allah (swt). Or, it is coming from an adversary. In the case of Allah (swt) it can be considered timely or decreed by God. In the case of an adversary it can be considered untimely or not decreed by God.
There are 2 things that the Malaika did the proverbial cry wolf about and that was the Shedding of Blood through the land; and the Spreading of Mischief through the land while they celebrated the Praise of Allah (swt) and Glorified His Holy Names. [Image the Malaika said proverbial "Wolf".]
There can be many motives behind why another person decides to commit murder. God does not decree murder. He does however, decree the penalty of death for certain sins, those are not like senseless murder. In our world that justice is better carried out by our Judicial systems. But one motive that is sometimes not thought about is the adversary wanting to cheat death by stealing life. That basically is the Law of the Jungle. Making their victim(s) a sacrifice or scapegoat for their sins or sour grapes. The sins cause death. But there is also the issue not only of the problem of the transfer of sins, but of the sourcing of life from their victims (done through the blood, spirit, unseen and seen) [with lawful transfer exceptions being the bankruptcy hadith & bankruptcy ayats, as well as, story of Abel vs Cain]. The remedy to the sourcing of the beings created by God is thus, to source God instead for Spirit, Life Spirit, Blessings, Provisions, etc. except where humans are permitted to lawfully transact by mutual consent. [Image on Jeremiah mentioning sour grapes.]
It is too much for someone already burdened to shoulder the burdens of others. Allah (swt) placed one heart in the human body not two. Image on [Not 2 Hearts in One Body also relates to a Word "Be" that removes Stow Aways within our Bodies. La Wazira.]
Allah (swt) restores, rejuvenates, revives, reinvigorates, refreshes, regenerates life for each particular individual each day, and that supply does not seem to be enough for more than one, for each individual. It is to condemn "Spiritual Cannibalism". This is why each being responsible (and considerate) to bear their own burdens was echoed in both Holy Books. Eating or consuming life that is forbidden for consumption is in essence a revisit (on Earth) to the original sin of Eating from the Forbidden Tree in the Garden of Eden. Father Adam and Mother Eve (epbut) lost clearances to each of the 7 Gates of Heaven to the 1st Zone of the Earth. The Earth has 7 Zones. Hellfire has 7 Gates. If that sin is repeated on Earth, then does it not merit petitions to Allah (swt) for 7 more displacements for those adversaries that practice that wicked and unlawful practice of spiritual cannibalism. Then if it takes place in Zone 3 of the Earth then that is displacement to Gate 3 of Hell. If it takes place in Zone 5 of the Earth, then that is displacement to Gate 5 of Hell, and so on. This is beautiful vision for duas to Allah (swt) in cases that may merit this Justice from Allah. I have thought about this for many years and it does seem to be something that (based on the Holy Scriptures) is a reasonable petition to Allah (swt) for these types of activiities in the Spirit. Because those who turn to Allah (swt) and accept Him are to no longer be tried by the Forbidden Tree if Allah accepts their turning to Him (swt).

The
Roman Empire has been defeated-
[30:3]
In
a land close by; but they, (even) after (this) defeat of theirs, will
soon be victorious-
[30:4]
Within
a few years. With God is the Decision, in the past and in the Future:
on that Day shall the Believers rejoice-
[30:5]
With
the help of God. He helps whom He will, and He is exalted in might,
most merciful.
[30:6]
(It
is) the promise of God. Never does God depart from His promise: but
most men understand not.
I
am going to try to give a perspective on something. Below I have
placed a list of the ancient dieties worshiped by the Ancient
Greeks and Romans. The reason that I placed them there was because if
we look at the Chapter of the Romans Verse 2 above, Allah said that the
Romans were defeated. This could mean a particular battle, but it
could also mean that it suffered some loss or ruin. The next Ayat Allah
(swt) says, that they will soon be victorious and it follows with
that it is a Decision in the past and in the future. It could be that something
that God intended was for the Romans to be part ruin and part
successful or to experience a cyclical nature of that. It is my speculation that the “Ruin” comes from the
pagan, hedonistic, corrupt past that had previously infiltrated
religion and government with the Ancient Romans and Greeks.
Thus,
the Romans have a gift from God, who is Allah, in the past and the
future concerning victories and losses...successes and ruins. On that day the believers shall rejoice. What I have noted that contemporary Romans have been exceptional (among the top in the world) in are areas of: Coffee or Cafes, Restaurants and Cuisine, Racing and other Auto manufacturing, Small motorized boats manufacturing like little sports cars used to get around the waterways in Italy, Architecture, Olive Oil cultivation and production, Clothing and Fashion, Shoe making, Engineering, Music, Paintings and Arts, Racing and other Bicycle manufacturing, Agricultural techniques...
The
reason that I mention this is because of the Hadith about the 3
knots, and the Hadith about the closer than blood:
“Abu
Huraira narrates that Allah's Apostle said, "Shaytan puts three
knots at the back of the head of any of you if he is asleep. On every
knot he reads and exhales the following words, 'The night is long, so
stay asleep.' When one wakes up and remembers Allah, one knot is
undone; and when one performs ablution, the second knot is undone,
and when one prays (salah) the third knot is undone and one gets up
energetic with a good heart in the morning; otherwise one gets up
lazy and with a mischievous heart."” ~ Sahih
Bukhari: 2.243
Hadeeth
No. 1913
- Narrated Ali bin Al-Husain: Safiya, the wife of the Prophet told me
that she went to Allah's Apostle to visit him in the mosque while he
was in Itikaf in the last ten days of Ramadan. She had a talk with
him for a while, then she got up in order to return home. The Prophet
accompanied her. When they reached the gate of the mosque, opposite
the door of Um-Salama, two Ansari men were passing by and they
greeted Allah's Apostle . He told them: Do not run away! And said,
"She is (my wife) Safiya bint Huyai." Both of them said,
"Subhan Allah, (How dare we think of any evil) O Allah's
Apostle!" And they felt it. The Prophet said (to them), "Satan
reaches everywhere in the human body as blood reaches in it,
(everywhere in one's body). I was afraid lest Satan might insert an
evil thought in your minds." ~ Sahih
Al Bukhari Book 33
They
run counter to: The
Quranul Kareem says at Surahtul
Qaf Ayat 16, "It was
We Who created man, and We know what dark suggestions his soul makes
to him: for We are nearer to him than (his) jugular vein."
And
in addition, Allah (swt) says, "For over My servants no
authority shalt thou have, except such as put themselves in the wrong
and follow thee." ~
Surahtul Hijr Ayat 42.
And,
"No authority has he over those who believe and put their trust
in their Lord. His authority is over those only, who take him as
patron (Waliy) and who join partners with God (Mushrikun). Surahtul
Nahl Ayats 98-99.
Those
Hadiths could cause a light infringement to become a devastation that
a person never recovers from. Sometimes a muslim needs to build up
momentum in Faith over time. This Hadith could wipe out momentums by
this assigning a of a Shaitan to a muslim for something like that.
Sometimes Shaitans require Divine intervention to get free from. That
means Allah sending Angels (Mikael, Jibreel, Israfeel), or Prophets,
or Holy men and women. There are a couple of Hadiths that pronounce a
similar curse of assigning a Shaitan that we in Al-Islam must be
concerned about. Another, off the top of my head, is the Sahih
Bukhari Hadith about the Shaitan reaching everywhere in the human
body as the blood does. (No. 1913, Book 33). These Hadiths are giving
too much license to Shaitans over muslims. We should not be requiring
exorcists when we have Surahtul Nahli Ayats 98-99 which says, "And,
"No authority has he over those who believe and put their trust
in their Lord. His authority is over those only, who take him as
patron (Waliy) and who join partners with God (Mushrikun)." And
Allah (swt) is Most Wise. Those Hadiths make for peculiar words of
salvation. Those Hadiths could cause sicknesses and ruin that are worse than attempting to climb out of a Roman ruin, who Allah (swt) turned to with an agreement, in spite of their pagan past. May the eternal peace and blessings of Allah (swt) be upon
Nabi Muhammed and the righteous amongst his family and following.

In
light of the ruin that such a condition could cause of a Shaitan
being assigned to muslims we have to see that this makes a mild
infringement more enormous than the paganism among Ancient Greeks and
Romans. Because even they got an agreement with Allah that there would
be a cycle of ruin and success or losses and gains.
One of the main points that I was trying to get at about the Romans was that inspite of the paganism of the past, Romans past and present were/are very productive. They created many feats in engineering and architecture. Many of us do not have a history in paganism in Islam. But, are exceeded. But then again if any of us were to transport back to the times of the Roman Empire and meet with ancestors in whatever part of the world then there is a chance that some of them may have been pagans. These types of hadiths manifest things in the Spirit that impede...they are harsh, unjust, devastating, ruinous, debilitating and disabling. I wanted to show the type of motorized boat that they have engineered for their waterways. This is not a renounciation of the next life for the things of the dunya. I understand this. I also understand that we have a duty to be productive and fulfill obligations. But, in addition, to smashing successes in coffee, cars, fashion, shoes, architecture (just about all industries) the contemporary Romans are quite successful with selling these little boat yachts...and they cost a lot of money. Thus in addition to taking a lesson from the Bees...we could take a lesson from the Romans. May have to click the link the owner of this YouTube vid only allows viewing of this on YouTube.
A Shaitan blowing knots upon a
muslim or mumin that may be dragging their feet on some days, while
attempting to build up momentum in their ibadah and productive life
is harsh and unjust. The Sheikh and others who use this hadith might
say well we are pronouncing it upon those who are inactive about a
certain thing. But, I respond with 2 examples that I will list here
of how I respond to those who were inactive about certain things with
me among the wealthy brothers and sisters. First I represented this
African American Muslim manufacturer of botanicals soaps, shampoos,
hair oils, body milks and body butters. I will blur the image and not
disclose their name because I no longer work with them and no longer
endorse them. But, I was attempting to contact our wealthy Arab
importers/exporters and distributors for the sale of 30 – 20 ft
containers of a particular extremely pure and fragrance free soap
that could have been used for the Hajj seasons. I got a lot of “No's”
and it was extremely difficult to find ease and facility in the
process of making contacts.
Another
time it involved tee-shirts. I needed to move 100,000 teeshirts. I
was told, “We are not interested.”. I did not pronounce a curse
upon them for being inactive about a matter.

Expendable Muslims?: What does “Expendable” mean? Merriam Webster's Online Dictionary defines it as:
Definition of EXPENDABLE : that may be expended: as a : normally used up or consumed in service b : more easily or economically replaced than rescued, salvaged, or protected
In other words the question becomes is the life of a muslim expendable on and off the battlefield? Or, does any military or community leader have the right to request of you to commit suicide on or off the battlefield? Or, does any military or community leader have the right to request or suggest or recommend that you fall on your sword on or off the battlefield? Does it begin with the cursing of the muslim expendables? I would argue (the last question), yes, that that is indeed an indication of devaluation. What does the Quran say? At Surahtul Nisa Ayat 93 it reads, “If a man kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, to abide therein (For ever): And the wrath and the curse of God are upon him, and a dreadful penalty is prepared for him.”
Ok, well some might say that I didn't kill him, he killed himself with the C4 vest that I gave him/her. The vest was really a robe of heaven and an opportunity to join the ranks of the martyrs. To that I would say, perhaps...but, only Allah knows, I can only go on the evidence that I have been given. Therefore, I put forth another possibility of the interpretation of these acts, “And the Law-Giver Allah has made one who leads another to do a deed equal to the doer of the deed himself, both in reward (for a good deed) and in punishment (for a crime). So the inviter to a good deed and the inviter to a bad deed both will have a reward (good or bad) equal to the reward of the one who has done the deed (without taking away from the deeds of the doers)” ~ Appendix 4 of The Quranul Kareem of Darussalam Publishing and Distribution of Riyadh Saudi Arabia and translated by Muhammad Mohsin Khan and Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din Hilali
So what if Allah interprets it as Surahtul Nisa Ayat 93, can any of us afford to take the risk. Then what of considering the ayat of Quran Surahtul Nisa Ayat 29, “...Nor kill (or destroy) yourselves: for verily God hath been to you Most Merciful!” This portion of this ayat is self-explanatory and is written the same in the over 2 billion Qurans that blanket this Ummah on earth at this time. “Kill not your children for fear of want: We shall provide sustenance for them as well as for you. Verily the killing of them is a Great Sin.” ~ Surahtul Isra Ayat 31. As well as, Surahtul Furqan Ayat 68, "Those who invoke not, with God, any other god, nor slay such life as God has made sacred except for just cause, nor commit fornication; - and any that does this (not only) meets punishment..."
Sometimes war happens and if it does, Allah has given us instruction to prepare ourselves for it. But, this requires governments. If you are not being equipped with tanks, air craft carriers, air-force, navy, ground troops, submarines...and you are poorly equipped, then one should choose the pen, or a musical instrument over the C4 vest. Then, maybe your writings or the French Horn or some other instrument becomes your weapon for peace, though music should be the least important subject studied by a muslim, because it is a grey area...but, certainly choose it rather than the C4 vest which clearly has been decreed to mean hell-fire by Surahtul Nisa Ayat 93. This is not cowardice. The Quran says at Surahtul Anfali Ayat 60, “Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies of Allah and your enemies and others besides, whom you may not know but, Allah doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of God, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly.”This is something of Islamic governments in Islamic lands to undertake, for the scale of this is too great for any gang or mob mentality. Thus, either join your country's military or use the pen or music (or other leading fields of study) as your weapon for peace in Islam and on earth. In addition there is also the option of getting involved in your country's politics to foster positive change on the causes which you stand for. Also there is the option of becoming a professional boxer; mixed martial artist; or UFC competitor and using these arenas as an expression of the mission for your cause so that random acts of violence on the streets can stop taking place.
It has been said that, “The ink of the scholar is more holier than the blood of the martyr.” (many attribute this saying to Nabi Muhammad (saws), which obviously shows preference for peace through wisdom; to peace through bloodshed on earth.) Another saying is that, “The blood of the muslim is worth more than the Ka'bah.” ~ Sunan Ibn Majah; Silsilah as Saheehah, 3420; Saheeh al Targheeb wal Tarheeb, 2441. It seems that this one suggests that it should not be considered a light matter for the blood of the muslim to be spilled upon the earth. Sacred life.
In short, we have still been given the Commandment from Allah (swt) through Nabi Musa (saws) in the 10 Commandments, "Thou shalt not kill." This is the goal...not to spread mischief and bloodshed upon the earth as when the Malaika (Angels) asked Allah will You create one who will shed blood and spread mischief whilst we dost celebrate Thy Praises and Glorify Thy Holy Names. It is something to think about nonetheless. ASA WR WB to Sami Yusuf, Yusuf Islam and Hamza Yusuf.
And whoever commits suicide with piece of iron will be punished with the same piece of iron in the Hell-Fire.” (Reported by Al-Bukhari) Also the Hadith you quoted: the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is also reported to have said: "A man was inflicted with wounds and he committed suicide, and so Allah said: My slave has caused death on himself hurriedly, so I forbid Paradise for him.”
It may start with a curse upon a brother, sister or jumaat in faith, and then the concept of expendable believer begins. Al Masihu Isa ibn Maryam (∞ pbut) has expressed the wisdom that to curse a brother or sister, in faith, is just as bad as murder. This is, perhaps, where the concept of expendable man or woman of faith begins.
21 "You have heard that the law of Moses says, 'Do not murder. If you commit murder, you are subject to judgment.' 22 But I say, if you are angry with someone, you are subject to judgment! If you call someone an idiot, you are in danger of being brought before the high council. And if you curse someone, you are in danger of the fires of hell. 23 "So if you are standing before the altar in the Temple, offering a sacrifice to God, and you suddenly remember that someone has something against you, 24 leave your sacrifice there beside the altar. Go and be reconciled to that person. Then come and offer your sacrifice to God. 25 Come to terms quickly with your enemy before it is too late and you are dragged into court, handed over to an officer, and thrown in jail. 26 I assure you that you won't be free again until you have paid the last penny. ~ Matthew 5
