Surahtul Anfali Ayat 58

I just have to make another comment about this verse. Look at how brilliant Allah (swt) is. There is an issue. The 3 Abrahamic Faiths of Judaism, Christianity and Islam, each essentially, and predominantly rejects the Holy Books of the other two. Each rejects the Holy Books of the other two. So Allah (swt) renders this Ruling obviously knowing this would happen in advance. What it does is gives an order to "throw back their covenant to them" which requires researching your Holy Book, as well as, the Holy Books of the other 2 Abrahamic Faiths in order to do a "throw back" or reminder. Sometimes we have to "throw back" to another sect of Islam, or to a branch(es) of people that follow the Bible. One has to read them in order to remind others of what is in them. Of course, we in Islam lead with the Holy Quran so any verses from Bible that contradicts a Verse of Quran, then the Quran overrules them obviously. I would suggest about 4 years of study of the Quran prior to researching the Bible. Because you would have to be well versed on what Allah is saying has been altered or abrogated in the Bible. Nevertheless, this ayat at Surahtul Anfali Ayat 58 is the Highest Wisdom and Brilliance. And it is essentially an Order or Ruling to each of the 3 Abrahamic Faiths. Making it so that each have to consult the Holy Books of the other 2.

Therefore if Allah ordered me to "...Throw back their Covenant to them so as to be on equal terms..." then, I am like,

Rivalry in Worldly Increase
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. [102:1] Rivalry in worldly increase distracteth you [102:2] Until ye come to the graves. [102:3] Nay, but ye will come to know! The Traducer

[104:3] He thinketh that his wealth will render him immortal. [104:4] Nay, but verily he will be flung to the Consuming One. [104:5] Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Consuming One is! [104:6] (It is) the fire of Allah, kindled, [104:7] Which leapeth up over the hearts (of men). [104:8] Lo! it is closed in on them [104:9] In outstretched columns.

Defrauding
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. [83:1] Woe unto the defrauders: [83:2] Those who when they take the measure from mankind demand it full, [83:3] But if they measure unto them or weight for them, they cause them loss. [83:4] Do such (men) not consider that they will be raised again [83:5] Unto an Awful Day, [83:6] The day when (all) mankind stand before the Lord of the Worlds ? [83:7] Nay, but the record of the vile is in Sijjin - [83:8] Ah! what will convey unto thee what Sijjin is! - [83:9] A written record. [83:10] Woe unto the repudiators on that day! [83:11] Those who deny the Day of Judgment [83:12] Which none denieth save each criminal transgressor, [83:13] Who, when thou readest unto him Our revelations, saith: (Mere) fables of the men of old. [83:14] Nay, but that which they have earned is rust upon their hearts. [83:15] Nay, but surely on that day they will be covered from (the mercy of) their Lord. [83:16] Then lo! they verily will burn in hell, [83:17] And it will be said (unto them): This is that which ye used to deny. [83:18] Nay, but the record of the righteous is in ’Illiyin - [83:19] Ah, what will convey unto thee what ’Illiyin is! - [83:20] A written record, [83:21] Attested by those who are brought near (unto their Lord). [83:22] Lo! the righteous verily are in delight, [83:23] On couches, gazing, [83:24] Thou wilt know in their faces the radiance of delight. [83:25] They are given to drink of a pure wine, sealed, [83:26] Whose seal is musk - for this let (all) those strive who strive for bliss - [83:27] And mixed with water of Tasnim, [83:28] A spring whence those brought near (to Allah) drink. [83:29] Lo! the guilty used to laugh at those who believed, [83:30] And wink one to another when they passed them; [83:31] And when they returned to their own folk, they returned jesting; [83:32] And when they saw them they said: Lo! these have gone astray. [83:33] Yet they were not sent as guardians over them. [83:34] This day it is those who believe who have the laugh of disbelievers, [83:35] On high couches, gazing. [83:36] Are not the disbelievers paid for what they used to do?

The Earthquake
In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. [99:1] When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion, [99:2] And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), [99:3] And man cries (distressed): ’What is the matter with her?’- [99:4] On that Day will she declare her tidings: [99:5] For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. [99:6] On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). [99:7] Then shall anyone who has done an atom’s weight of good, see it! [99:8] And anyone who has done an atom’s weight of evil, shall see it.
