The Many Layers and Levels of the Wrong in Hindering a Believing Productive Muslim

Bismi Allahi Al Rahmani Al Raheemi

ASA WR WB to believing Muslim friends:

When it comes to being hindered there are so many levels or layers of why that is wrong to do to a Muslim. Can read my 2 blog posts on Hindering at your convenience:

A. https://muhakeem1abdullah1.blogspot.com/2020/06/reflection-on-why-hindering-is-one-of.html

B. https://muhakeem1abdullah1.blogspot.com/2020/06/an-expanded-reflection-on-hindering.html

1. An intrinsic Gift of Al-Islam is the freedom from Vices.

One of the powerful gifts of Al-Islam is the release from vices such as: 1. Drug addiction; 2. Alcohol addiction; 3 Prostitutes and prostitution; 4 Pimps and pimping; 5 Crime addiction; 6 Addiction to ignorance or being under educated; 7 Prison addiction and many other negative vices or habits.

Al-Islam cleans us up, and what that then does is frees up a lot of time. We have time as an asset and we have books as an asset. Those 2 combined then affords us the ability to become experts in many subject matters.

Good health and good spirituality are at the foundation of the forming of Energy, Inspiration and Motivation. Energy, Inspiration and Motivation are at the foundation of the forming of Schedules and Repetition in good things. Schedules and Repetition in good things are at the foundation of the forming of Good Habits. Good Habits are at the foundation of the forming of Discipline. Discipline is at the foundation of the forming of Expertise. Expertise is at the foundation of Success and Money in any Field of Study. [Can click any of these graphics to enlarge them if needed.]

2. Allah (swt) said about the Companions of Paradise, "That they shall determine the measure thereof according to their wishes."

That even with the endless bounties of the Heavens or Paradise, the people of Paradise, "will determine the measure thereof according to their wishes." Measuring being indicated here as an element of Paradise. Measuring being superior. Conversely not measuring indicating that it is an element of Hellfire due to excesses or deficiencies as it pertains to the inhabitants wishes. Thus, if we have, on Earth the condition in which we are not able to effectively and efficiently measure our quality of life then it can be considered a serving of a table feast from Hell. In contrast to the Maidah or Table from Heaven (Passover Table of the Messiah). That would also mean that it may not necessarily be part of the timing of Allah (swt) on the matter of something from Hell (or Heaven), as was indicated in the verses concerning the Table from Heaven, but a requisition from someone to Allah (swt) of the rendered service of a Hell table to someone...to the delight of the suppliants. Being able to measure according to our wishes is thus a condition of Heaven, and not being able to measure according to our wishes thus being a condition of Hell. I would also like to add that I am not implying that life on Earth is a state of the inability to measure anything because it is not Heaven; nor always being able to measure things because it is not Hell. We do have Geometry (geo - means earth; metry or metric - means to measure) and, in addition, when Allah (swt) sent Nabi Shuaybi (epbuh) he taught us through this Prophet to measure with Just Scales. This implies that we can use a fair markup on merchandise that we are selling, however the measurements must always be consistent. Establishing this as a condition of "Table from Hell" is important because: 1. We are still on Earth; 2. It is the opposite end of the Spectrum of the "Maidah (Table) from Heaven"; and 3. The condition imposed by Allah (swt) on Al Hawariyun (The Disciples) if they after receiving the Table from Heaven, then resisted Faith in Allah (swt). This same condition we should ask of Allah (swt) upon those who would request a Table from Hell to be served to an innocent (not guilty) person of Faith in Allah (swt). Does the requestor fall under the category of: 1. Shayatun; 2. Zalimun; 3. Sahirun; 4. Lusus; 5. Mukadhibun; 6. Kafirun; 7. Munafiqun; 8. Mujrimun; 9. Fasiqun; 10 Mufisdun; 11. Mushrikun, etc. Then the same condition in white in grey graphic below should apply to them as well for the Table from Hell. Not being able to measure on Earth is a Hell condition.

I touched on the Last Supper and Maidah from Heaven versus Maidah from Hell in this blog post.

3. Pandemic and economic crisis needs to be avoided.

When we are in a pandemic and borderline economic crisis we have to really put on our thinking caps to make money and save money. This is from Nabi Yusuf (epbuh) who taught us the importance of stores during these types of times. It is not just in storing grains, but in storing and proper measure of grains, money, and other resources and supplies. It should not be hoarded. That is not what Nabi Yusuf did during the famines. Nabi Yusuf (epbuh) was still able to give in charity and trade with neighboring nations with Wisdom from Allah (swt), from the stores of Egypt.

Unjust oppression and hindering of innocent people, as well as, people of Faith in Al-Islam is something that is not going to work out for those who do it. Allah taught us through the Hadith from the Sacred Nabi Muhammad (saws) (epbuh) that the Bankrupt are those who unjustly shed the blood of others; unlawfully devoured the wealth of others; unlawfully oppressed others, etc. He taught us that we should approach Allah and request the Judgement of this Hadith as Reckoning from Allah (swt) upon those who practice those things in our material and spiritual life. Who practice those things upon innocent people, as well as, believing people of Faith in Allah in the ways spoken of in the Hadith.

Who should be staggering in confusion, lethargy and incoherence? Who should have upon them the Spirit of Deep Sleep? This link is from my non-Muslim Dawah blog. Feel free to read at your convenience.

Healing in Religion

Matthew 9:19 As Jesus and the disciples were going to the official's home, 20 a woman who had had a hemorrhage for twelve years came up behind him. She touched the fringe of his robe, 21 for she thought, "If I can just touch his robe, I will be healed." 22 Jesus turned around and said to her, "Daughter, be encouraged! Your faith has made you well." And the woman was healed at that moment.
Concerning healing and the effect that it has on time (Reference Surahtul Asr). It is not really having time if the person has not healthy, optimum, and efficient use of that time. Otherwise, the time is being used to heal and recover (in the case of health) or is being wasted (in the case of optimal efficiency). Rest, leisure and relaxation (including exercise) should be factored into your optimum use of time. May Allah bless the muslims time (and count me amongst the muslims). But, it is certainly good to have time to recover from all illnesses, though, death is the exception (although, the grave is a rest before the greater existence of the Afterlife the time spent there in healing is predicated on the life a person led by their faith and deeds, because as we know the grave can either be a place of torment with hellfire and dragons or a place of healing rest.). But this raises the question of the wisdom behind the decision of the medical industry to charge people for healthcare. I mean, after all, the Messiah (infinite saws) did this for free as an act of charity. Should those that are serving in the medical fields be volunteers? Continuing on the issue of time, one has to factor in that the doctor and the other people serving have to maintain healthy resistance to the illnesses of the people that they treat. That would require supplies, equipment and a healthy lifestyle for those professionals. This is not to be taken out of context. I am not slighting Obama Healthcare Reforms. Because under that policy physicians still get compensated by the insurance coverage. I am talking here about "doctors" being used involuntarily for service, versus voluntary service, and whether or not that "doctor" has the right to demand payment; or that patient to demand free service? Another question is does that, then, subject the "doctor" to being exploited on an involuntary or voluntary basis? Making the doctor a sort of "sacrifice" for the patients illnesses. Blog Concerning Sacrifices. And does that lend credence to why it is important for holy religious leaders to be compensated for the time spent healing others, leaving to their discretion as to when and where they do things for free.
Does a patient have the right to make a doctor serve them for free? I mean, in matters of the Holy Spirit which the Messiah (infinite saws) was strengthened with, "Then will Allah say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Recount My favour to thee and to thy mother. Behold! I strengthened thee with the holy spirit, so that thou didst speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. Behold! I taught thee the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel and behold! thou makest out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, by My leave, and thou breathest into it and it becometh a bird by My leave, and thou healest those born blind, and the lepers, by My leave. And behold! thou bringest forth the dead by My leave. And behold! I did restrain the Children of Israel from (violence to) thee when thou didst show them the clear Signs, and the unbelievers among them said: ’This is nothing but evident magic.’" ~ Holy Quran Al Maidah 110 So again, in matters of the spirit, the Messiah (infinite saws) was strengthened with the Ruhh Al Quddus and he (saws) detected when the hemorrhaging woman had touched his robes. Thus, indicating to me that it was felt, and if it was felt, then, it had an effect upon him. The verse suggests that she was trying to get healed for free and without him knowing about it. The question, then, becomes does the doctor have the right to charge people for the process of recovery from the effects of having healed people; and to shield from being exploited? Afterall, the scriptures say that he (infinite saws) (and Maryam (infinite saws)) were both people that had to eat their daily bread, "And the apostles whom We sent before thee were all (men) who ate food and walked through the streets: We have made some of you as a trial for others: will ye have patience? for God is One Who sees (all things)." ~ Holy Quran Al Furqan 20
Thus, there is the need for, even, these men (Al Anbiya, the Prophets) to be nourished and sustained. Is this justification enough for charging people for medical services. I would have to answer that it certainly doesn't give another person the right to demand, command or order a holy person to heal them for free; nor when that holy person does not wish to. Contrarily, is there a price that anyone can place on The Spirit of Allah, or one's own spirit, and this becomes an alarming concern as neither should be sold.
Sahih Al Bukhari Vol. 4 Book of Medicine
Whenever Allah's Apostle went to bed, he used to recite Surat-al-Ikhlas, Surat-al-Falaq and Surat-an-Nas and then blow on his palms and pass them over his face and those parts of his body that his hands could reach. And when he fell ill, he used to order me to do like that for him.
Sahih Al Bukhari Vol. 4 Book of Medicine
A group of the companions of Allah's Apostle proceeded on a journey till they dismounted near one of the Arab tribes and requested them to entertain them as their guests, but they (the tribe people) refused to entertain them. Then the chief of that tribe was bitten by a snake (or stung by a scorpion) and he was given all sorts of treatment, but all in vain. Some of them said, "Will you go to the group (those travelers) who have dismounted near you and see if one of them has something useful?" They came to them and said, "O the group! Our leader has been bitten by a snake (or stung by a scorpion) and we have treated him with everything but nothing benefited him Has anyone of you anything useful?" One of them replied, "Yes, by Allah, I know how to treat with a Ruqya. But. by Allah, we wanted you to receive us as your guests but you refused. I will not treat your patient with a Ruqya till you fix for us something as wages." Consequently they agreed to give those travellers a flock of sheep. The man went with them (the people of the tribe) and started spitting (on the bite) and reciting Surat-al-Fatiha till the patient was healed and started walking as if he had not been sick. When the tribe people paid them their wages they had agreed upon, some of them (the Prophet's companions) said, "Distribute (the sheep)." But the one who treated with the Ruqya said, "Do not do that till we go to Allah's Apostle and mention to him what has happened, and see what he will order us." So they came to Allah's Apostle and mentioned the story to him and he said, "How do you know that Surat-al-Fatiha is a Ruqya? You have done the right thing. Divide (what you have got) and assign for me a share with you."
Here the Sahabas were intending to treat the man for free, but, because of how they were treated decided to charge that people for the service. This Sunnah, obviously, makes it permissible to charge people for medical services in Al-Islam, and further gives the treating physician/religious scholar the discretion whether to charge or not charge. Compare this snakebite treatment to the scripture which reads: "Numbers 21:1 The Canaanite king of Arad, who lived in the Negev, heard that the Israelites were approaching on the road to Atharim. So he attacked the Israelites and took some of them as prisoners. 2 Then the people of Israel made this vow to the LORD: "If you will help us conquer these people, we will completely destroy all their towns." 3 The LORD heard their request and gave them victory over the Canaanites. The Israelites completely destroyed them and their towns, and the place has been called Hormah ever since. 4 Then the people of Israel set out from Mount Hor, taking the road to the Red Sea to go around the land of Edom. But the people grew impatient along the way, 5 and they began to murmur against God and Moses. "Why have you brought us out of Egypt to die here in the wilderness?" they complained. "There is nothing to eat here and nothing to drink. And we hate this wretched manna!" 6 So the LORD sent poisonous snakes among them, and many of them were bitten and died. 7 Then the people came to Moses and cried out, "We have sinned by speaking against the LORD and against you. Pray that the LORD will take away the snakes." So Moses prayed for the people. 8 Then the LORD told him, "Make a replica of a poisonous snake and attach it to the top of a pole. Those who are bitten will live if they simply look at it!" 9 So Moses made a snake out of bronze and attached it to the top of a pole. Whenever those who were bitten looked at the bronze snake, they recovered!" Contrast the Numbers passage above with the content at this link: The Caduceus as a symbol of Medicine also, some points of concern and reflection upon this post and the content of the Caduceus link with: Forbidden Najwa, Laghwa and Gharrar. Also check The Romans blog investigation that I performed. It has an additional post within it on pagan gods of ancient Rome and Greece.
Sahih Al Bukhari Vol. 4 Book of Medicine
The Prophet used to treat some of his wives by passing his right hand over the place of ailment and used to say, "O Lord of the people! Remove the difficulty and bring about healing as You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your Healing, a healing that will leave no ailment."
Sahih Al Bukhari Vol. 4 Book of Medicine
The Prophet used to say to the patient, "In the Name of Allah The earth of our land and the saliva of some of us cure our patient."

Thus, this is work that is being done in the Spirit of Allah or Ruhh Al Quddus...by the Spirit of Allah or Ruhh Al Quddus. I support this observation with the ayat,
[16:102]
"Say, the Holy Spirit has brought the revelation from thy Lord in Truth, in order to strengthen those who believe, and as a Guide and Glad Tidings to Muslims."

So what becomes the problem? The problem arises when person A, who goes to Allah (swt) for what it is that they need, comes across person B, who likes to source humans or (holy men and women) for the healing that they need from the spirit. Important to note: this is a problem that is in all of the 4 major faith groups in various ways. Again, each group has guilt, in this, in various ways. It becomes kind of like being robbed for those that go to The Source or One God. I would like to cite, at this time, 2 earlier blogs: Some Notes on the Bible; and Those that Sap. There is a correlation with being someone that is in a sapped state and being one that saps others. Thus, the 2 states can be toggled in the Proverb of Nabi Sulaimon (infinite saws) mentioned, therein. Spirit of Allah.
[2:183]
O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that ye may (learn) self-restraint,-
[2:184]
(Fasting) for a fixed number of days; but if any of you is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed number (Should be made up) from days later. For those who can do it (With hardship), is a ransom, the feeding of one that is indigent. But he that will give more, of his own free will,- it is better for him. And it is better for you that ye fast, if ye only knew.
Reference to a similar scenario may be needed here:
[58:4]
And he who findeth not (the wherewithal), let him fast for two successive months before they touch one another; and for him who is unable to do so (the penance is) the feeding of sixty needy ones. This, that ye may put trust in Allah and His messenger. Such are the limits (imposed by Allah); and for disbelievers is a painful doom.

[2:185]
Ramadhan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur’an, as a guide to mankind, also clear (Signs) for guidance and judgment (Between right and wrong). So every one of you who is present (at his home) during that month should spend it in fasting, but if any one is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed period (Should be made up) by days later. God intends every facility for you; He does not want to put to difficulties. (He wants you) to complete the prescribed period, and to glorify Him in that He has guided you; and perchance ye shall be grateful.

This investigation was, by no means, exhaustive. There are still areas like "Parable of the Roman Officer" in the Injeel and questions such as "Forbidden Fruit" (on earth) However, it was a sincere crack at the issue of healing in religion. Forgiveness is like being healed, it is hard for a person to heal or recover that continues to do the things that angered Allah (swt), initially. I close with Surahtul Qadr of the Holy Quran, essentially, Allah's costs (time spent in fasting the month of Ramadan) for the Spirit to His (swt) worshippers:
Power or Decree
In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
[97:1]
We have indeed revealed this (Message) in the Night of Power:
[97:2]
And what will explain to thee what the night of power is?
[97:3]
The Night of Power is better than a thousand months.
[97:4]
Therein come down the angels and the Spirit by God’s permission, on every errand:
[97:5]
Peace!...This until the rise of morn!
