Passages in the Holy Scriptures (Quran and Bible) about when the Subjects of Allah Hate, Detest, Despise, Reject Elements from/about Allah

Bismi Allahi Al Rahmani Al Raheemi
ASA WR WB to believing Muslim friends.
May the eternal peace and blessings of Allah (swt) be upon Nabi Muhammad and other Anbiya whose passages I often mention. Allahumma Ameen.

This was a personal reflection to examine and comb the Holy Scriptures for Verses pertaining to, the subjects of Allah, hating, rejecting, despising, or detesting something pertaining to the Goodness, Salvation, and Elements of Allah (swt). A few of these I could not simply leave the verse alone but had to add the entire section to provide context of the Verse.
It was important to my personal journey to understand what hating any of the Goodness coming from Allah (swt) would implicate for me. But this is also important in being a witness to others and their positions on things. Allah (swt) did not only Provide the overall general rulings on hating Goodness from Him (swt) but also rulings on hating very specific elements of Faith and Subservience to Him (swt). He (swt) also in many cases Gives us an idea of what the consequences for taking these sorts of positions with Him (swt) would create in our lives and/or the lives of others.
I was saying in a previous post or tweet that "Love is a Commandment" in the Injeel but also found in the Quran. That a valid Commandment in one Book of Allah is not an enemy to another Book of Allah. Furthermore, a Commandment in one Book of Allah is not going to cover a wrong or sin while opposing another Commandment in another Book of Allah. In terms of the Injeel and Love thy enemy, I was trying to say that this has to have some kind of check with Correction we just can't use Love to cover sin and the sin or wrong continues without end. I gave the Hadith concerning "Not a Muslim at the time of committing adultery, etc." previously (meaning that people are not under the protection of the Covenant at the time of committing the major sins). There was also mentioned that Forgiveness and Repentance are the proper protocols on sins and wrongs. But this is the "Correction" element necessary for Love to have the security it needs to maintain in our lives and civilizations. Love tends to express its value in its absence, as well. While tolerance and moderation are keys, love will depart at some point if major sins or wrongs are not corrected. Please click any of these graphics to enlarge them.

Proverbs 5:12 - Hatred of Discipline
12 You will say, “How I hated discipline! If only I had not ignored all the warnings!
1 My son, pay attention to my wisdom; listen carefully to my wise counsel.
2 Then you will show discernment, and your lips will express what you’ve learned.
3 For the lips of an immoral woman are as sweet as honey, and her mouth is smoother than oil.
4 But in the end she is as bitter as poison, as dangerous as a double-edged sword.
5 Her feet go down to death; her steps lead straight to the grave.
6 For she cares nothing about the path to life. She staggers down a crooked trail and doesn’t realize it.
7 So now, my sons, listen to me. Never stray from what I am about to say:
8 Stay away from her! Don’t go near the door of her house!
9 If you do, you will lose your honor and will lose to merciless people all you have achieved.
10 Strangers will consume your wealth, and someone else will enjoy the fruit of your labor.
11 In the end you will groan in anguish when disease consumes your body.
12 You will say, “How I hated discipline! If only I had not ignored all the warnings!
13 Oh, why didn’t I listen to my teachers? Why didn’t I pay attention to my instructors?
14 I have come to the brink of utter ruin, and now I must face public disgrace.”
15 Drink water from your own well— share your love only with your wife.
16 Why spill the water of your springs in the streets, having sex with just anyone?
17 You should reserve it for yourselves. Never share it with strangers.
18 Let your wife be a fountain of blessing for you. Rejoice in the wife of your youth.
19 She is a loving deer, a graceful doe. Let her breasts satisfy you always. May you always be captivated by her love.
20 Why be captivated, my son, by an immoral woman, or fondle the breasts of a promiscuous woman?
21 For the LORD sees clearly what a man does, examining every path he takes.
22 An evil man is held captive by his own sins; they are ropes that catch and hold him.
23 He will die for lack of self-control; he will be lost because of his great foolishness.

Psalms 68:1 - Hatred of God
1 Rise up, O God, and scatter your enemies. Let those who hate God run for their lives.

Proverbs 1:29 - Hatred of Knowledge
29 For they hated knowledge and chose not to fear the LORD.
1 These are the proverbs of Solomon, David’s son, king of Israel.
2 Their purpose is to teach people wisdom and discipline, to help them understand the insights of the wise.
3 Their purpose is to teach people to live disciplined and successful lives, to help them do what is right, just, and fair.
4 These proverbs will give insight to the simple, knowledge and discernment to the young.
5 Let the wise listen to these proverbs and become even wiser. Let those with understanding receive guidance
6 by exploring the meaning in these proverbs and parables, the words of the wise and their riddles.
7 Fear of the LORD is the foundation of true knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline.
8 My child, listen when your father corrects you. Don’t neglect your mother’s instruction.
9 What you learn from them will crown you with grace and be a chain of honor around your neck.
10 My child, if sinners entice you, turn your back on them!
11 They may say, “Come and join us. Let’s hide and kill someone! Just for fun, let’s ambush the innocent!
12 Let’s swallow them alive, like the grave ; let’s swallow them whole, like those who go down to the pit of death.
13 Think of the great things we’ll get! We’ll fill our houses with all the stuff we take.
14 Come, throw in your lot with us; we’ll all share the loot.”
15 My child, don’t go along with them! Stay far away from their paths.
16 They rush to commit evil deeds. They hurry to commit murder.
17 If a bird sees a trap being set, it knows to stay away.
18 But these people set an ambush for themselves; they are trying to get themselves killed.
19 Such is the fate of all who are greedy for money; it robs them of life.
20 Wisdom shouts in the streets. She cries out in the public square.
21 She calls to the crowds along the main street, to those gathered in front of the city gate:
22 “How long, you simpletons, will you insist on being simpleminded? How long will you mockers relish your mocking? How long will you fools hate knowledge?
23 Come and listen to my counsel. I’ll share my heart with you and make you wise.
24 “I called you so often, but you wouldn’t come. I reached out to you, but you paid no attention.
25 You ignored my advice and rejected the correction I offered.
26 So I will laugh when you are in trouble! I will mock you when disaster overtakes you—
27 when calamity overtakes you like a storm, when disaster engulfs you like a cyclone, and anguish and distress overwhelm you.
28 “When they cry for help, I will not answer. Though they anxiously search for me, they will not find me.
29 For they hated knowledge and chose not to fear the LORD.
30 They rejected my advice and paid no attention when I corrected them.
31 Therefore, they must eat the bitter fruit of living their own way, choking on their own schemes.
32 For simpletons turn away from me—to death. Fools are destroyed by their own complacency.
33 But all who listen to me will live in peace, untroubled by fear of harm.”

Proverbs 12:1 - Hatred of Correction
1 To learn, you must love discipline; it is stupid to hate correction.

Proverbs 6:23 - Hatred of Life
23 For these Commands and this teaching are a Lamp to light the way ahead of you. The correction of discipline is the way to life.

[My point in including this one here about what hatred of things from Allah (swt) causes as a consequence from Him (swt). At Proverbs 12:1 to despise discipline is to hate correction. Here in Proverb 6:23 Nabi Sulaimon (epbuh) continues that to despise discipline and correction is to hate life.]

Proverbs 8:36 - Hatred of Wisdom
36 But those who miss me injure themselves. All who hate me love death.”
1 Listen as Wisdom calls out! Hear as understanding raises her voice!
2 On the hilltop along the road, she takes her stand at the crossroads.
3 By the gates at the entrance to the town, on the road leading in, she cries aloud,
4 “I call to you, to all of you! I raise my voice to all people.
5 You simple people, use good judgment. You foolish people, show some understanding.
6 Listen to me! For I have important things to tell you. Everything I say is right,
7 for I speak the truth and detest every kind of deception.
8 My advice is wholesome. There is nothing devious or crooked in it.
9 My words are plain to anyone with understanding, clear to those with knowledge.
10 Choose my instruction rather than silver, and knowledge rather than pure gold.
11 For wisdom is far more valuable than rubies. Nothing you desire can compare with it.
12 “I, Wisdom, live together with good judgment. I know where to discover knowledge and discernment.
13 All who fear the LORD will hate evil. Therefore, I hate pride and arrogance, corruption and perverse speech.
14 Common sense and success belong to me. Insight and strength are mine.
15 Because of me, kings reign, and rulers make just decrees.
16 Rulers lead with my help, and nobles make righteous judgments.
17 “I love all who love me. Those who search will surely find me.
18 I have riches and honor, as well as enduring wealth and justice.
19 My gifts are better than gold, even the purest gold, my wages better than sterling silver!
20 I walk in righteousness, in paths of justice.
21 Those who love me inherit wealth. I will fill their treasuries.
22 “The LORD formed me from the beginning, before he created anything else.
23 I was appointed in ages past, at the very first, before the earth began.
24 I was born before the oceans were created, before the springs bubbled forth their waters.
25 Before the mountains were formed, before the hills, I was born—
26 before he had made the earth and fields and the first handfuls of soil.
27 I was there when he established the heavens, when he drew the horizon on the oceans.
28 I was there when he set the clouds above, when he established springs deep in the earth.
29 I was there when he set the limits of the seas, so they would not spread beyond their boundaries. And when he marked off the earth’s foundations,
30 I was the architect at his side. I was his constant delight, rejoicing always in his presence.
31 And how happy I was with the world he created; how I rejoiced with the human family!
32 “And so, my children, listen to me, for all who follow my ways are joyful.
33 Listen to my instruction and be wise. Don’t ignore it.
34 Joyful are those who listen to me, watching for me daily at my gates, waiting for me outside my home!
35 For whoever finds me finds life and receives favor from the LORD .
36 But those who miss me injure themselves. All who hate me love death.”

Holy Quran Muhammad 28 - Hatred of the Good Pleasure of Allah (swt)
This because they followed that which called forth the Wrath of God, and they hated God’s good pleasure; so He made their deeds of no effect.

Holy Quran Muhammad 9 - Hatred of the Revelation of Allah (swt)
That is because they hate the Revelation of God; so He has made their deeds fruitless.

Holy Quran Zukhruf 78 - Hatred of Truth from Allah (swt)
Verily We have brought the Truth to you: but most of you have a hatred for Truth.

Holy Quran Saff 8 - Detest The Light of Allah (swt)
Their intention is to extinguish God’s Light (by blowing) with their mouths: But God will complete (the revelation of) His Light, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it).

Holy Quran Taubah 32 - Detest The Light of Allah (swt)
Fain would they extinguish God’s light with their mouths, but God will not allow but that His light should be perfected, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it).

Holy Quran Saff 9 - Detest the Religion of Truth
It is He Who has sent His Apostle with Guidance and the Religion of Truth, that he may proclaim it over all religion, even though the Pagans may detest (it).

Holy Quran Taubah 33 - Detest the Religion of Truth
It is He Who hath sent His Apostle with guidance and the Religion of Truth, to proclaim it over all religion, even though the Pagans may detest (it).

Holy Quran Araf 45 - Reject The Akhira
"Those who would hinder (men) from the path of God and would seek in it something crooked: they were those who denied the Hereafter."

Holy Quran Hudi 19 - Reject The Akhira
"Those who would hinder (men) from the path of God and would seek in it something crooked: these were they who denied the Hereafter!"

Holy Quran Araf 146 - Reject the Signs of Allah (swt)
Those who behave arrogantly on the earth in defiance of right - them will I turn away from My signs: Even if they see all the signs, they will not believe in them; and if they see the way of right conduct, they will not adopt it as the way; but if they see the way of error, that is the way they will adopt. For they have rejected our signs, and failed to take warning from them.

The Establishment Clause of the 1st Amendment concerning Traditional and NonTraditional Marriages

Bismi Allahi Al Rahmani Al Raheemi

ASA WR WB to believing Muslim friends.

May the peace and blessings of Allah (swt) be upon Nabi Muhammad (epbuh)

I have one more reflection today. I mentioned this one before. It is worth another mention. Give me a minute to compose it here.

Our Government is largely comprised of 2 Parties. Democrats considered liberals and left, and Republicans considered conservative and right. Democrats are strongly for the common wealth and good to the people, and the will of the people. Republicans tend to be more for the working class, wealthy, conserving and focusing on the wealth of the nation...defense, etc. Democrats will sometimes be willing to court the votes of those with nontraditional values to obtain votes. While Republicans will stand with traditional values, and maintaining wealth. But, the people in need, sick, poor, elderly could end up throwaways.

So, our Constitution has a lot of laws. The 1st Amendment establishes freedom of religion. But there is a clause known as the Establishment Clause which basically says that Government will be neither for nor against religion. The Founders did not want one branch of religion to come into power and then persecute another branch, and back in them days it was largely denominational differences of the Church and possibly some Judaic. But, different branches of the Church would have been prone to persecuting another branch of the Church. In the case of Wallace v Jaffree was referenced another case called Lemon v Kurtzman and it is from this case that we get what is called, "The Lemon Test" regarding enacting legislation or laws about religion. I will quote:

"Every analysis in this area must begin with consideration of the cumulative criteria developed by the Court over many years. Three such tests may be gleaned from our cases. First, the statute must have a secular legislative purpose; Second, its principle or primary effect must be one that neither advances nor inhibits religion; Finally, the statute must not foster an excessive government entanglement with religion." page 43 of Wallace v Jaffree

So, the point here is that nontraditional sexual practices should be regarded as a religion. This is supported by an Ayah of Quranul Kareem when Allah (swt) says, "following after your own desires can be considered like your god and religion", "45:23. Then seest thou such a one as takes as his god his own vain desire? Allah has, knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart (and understanding), and put a cover on his sight. Who, then, will guide him after Allah (has withdrawn Guidance)? Will ye not then receive admonition?"

So, seeing nontraditional sexuality established as a religion, then our Government should make nontraditional sexualities subject to the Establishment Clause in which Government is neither for nor against religion. You don't want to create a climate of persecution but also do not want to put nontraditional sexualities on steroids. Basically send it back to "Don't ask. Don't tell."

Is it true that "Without Allah I Am Nothing."?...or worse?

The definition of "Nothing" according to the Merriam Webster Online Dictionary is:

Definition of NOTHING
a : something that does not exist b : the absence of all magnitude or quantity; also : zero 1a c : nothingness, nonexistence
: someone or something of no or slight value or size
: a light, playful, or frivolous remark —usually used in plural nothings>
— for nothing
: without reason
: at no charge

But, non-existence is nothing or nothingness. Allah (swt) says that those who reject Him (swt) are Kafiruns and the Kafiruns are the ones that will inherit Hellfire, (Hell, The Fire, Jehanum) as their final destination. Allah has described Hell-Fire in our Sacred Holy Quran as:
"naught doth it permit to endure, and naught doth it leave alone. Darkening and changing the color of Man. (those that enter it)." ~ Holy Quran 74:26-29

HQ 43:77 ~ They will cry: "O Malik! would that thy Lord put an end to us!" He will say, "Nay, but ye shall abide!"
Here they will ask for "Nothingness", "Non-existence.", but, Malik (as) will say, literally, no nothingness for them.

HQ 25:13 ~ And when they are cast, bound together into a constricted place therein, they will plead for destruction there and then!
HQ 25:14 ~ "This day plead not for a single destruction: plead for destruction oft- repeated!"
Again the request for non-existence by complete destruction of themselves by Allah...literally pleading with Malik, to ask Allah for them to be destroyed. They have to ask Malik to pray for them (which he does not do) because Allah (swt) does not reply to their requests there, in Hell-Fire. But, again Malik (as) says, no nothingness for them, no non-existence and, "this day plead not for a single destruction, but, plead for destruction oft-repeated!".

Therefore, it is my conclusion from my observation of Al-Haqq from the Kalima of Allah that "Without Allah..." a person is a "Kafir". The "Kafirun" are fuel for the Hell-Fire. The dwellers of Hell-Fire will not be granted any requests for "non-existence" nor "nothingness". Thus, "Without Allah I am Nothing." is not completely factual. The fact is "Without Allah I am worse than nothing." or "Without Allah I will plead to become nothing (or non-existent)" To be granted nothingness for the dwellers of Hell-Fire is a Mercy and the Hell-Fire is a place that is void of Allah's (swt) Mercy. It would be worse than "nothing"...worse than "nothingness"...and worse than "non-existence".
Finally it is a place or state that is described as, "where they are neither living, nor dead." ~ Holy Quran 20:74

A Question about the "Half your Deen." Concept

I know that I look at my muslim sisters and my heart is filled with a wholesome fondness for them. Many of them are as precious as gems. But, I am wondering about the concept of she being "half our deen".
The concept does seem to take on a kind of nebulous persona. I mean it starts off: (1.) Marriage is half of your deen; then, it goes to (2.) Marriage is half your religion; then, (3.) Marriage is half of your faith; then, it's (4.) Your wife is half your deen. And men and women often refer to their spouses as their better half. (But, I have always perceived this statement to be within the context of "relationships"); then, as it so turns out on Muslima.com, Singlemuslim.com and other sites it just so happens that some of the sisters are looking for "Soul Mates". At this point I am thinking who is the brother doing the negotiating on behalf of the men of the Ummahtul Nabi Muhammad (infinite saws) because he seems to be losing or selling us short...and who the heck is he negotiating with? [Just a reminder to the leader brothers, only negotiate with muslim women of faith in Al-Islam for muslim men of faith in Al-Islam.] Thus, if the sisters are looking for "Soul Mates", has marriage become (5.) "Half our Souls"? Well, as it turns out if you have the instant feature on the Google search engine and you type in "Marriage is half" it will come up with the options of either faith, deen, or religion. But, I know that the inference is still a possibility for those females who mean mischief...and not all women mean mischief, but, there are some females that do.
The quote goes, "The Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When a man marries, he has fulfilled half of his religion, so let him fear Allah regarding the remaining half.""
(Marriage quotation from Bayhqi)

I seem to recall the Quranul Kareem saying something to the effect of "Libas" or covering for each other. It reads, "Permitted to you, on the night of the fasts, is the approach to your wives. They are your garments and ye are their garments. God knoweth what ye used to do secretly among yourselves; but He turned to you and forgave you; so now associate with them, and seek what God Hath ordained for you, and eat and drink, until the white thread of dawn appear to you distinct from its black thread; then complete your fast Till the night appears; but do not associate with your wives while ye are in retreat in the mosques. Those are Limits (set by) God: Approach not nigh thereto. Thus doth God make clear His Signs to men: that they may learn self-restraint." ~ Surahtul Baqarah Ayat 187
That certainly is a lot different than "Half your deen". When a man of Islam marries a woman of Islam they become one unit, and when children arrive they are more, evidently, defined as one family unit. Though, I comprehend the meaning of both statements (the one coming from the hadith and the one coming from the Quran), but, the hadith statement can be distorted to construe something other than what was intended on a spiritual level. For example, what if the muslim brother is very astute about his faith practice, but, the wife is not? Or, likewise, what if the sister is very meticulous about her faith, but, the husband is extremely negligent? Don't you think that it should be that each person is responsible for his or her striving towards Allah and with respect to deeds, each of them have personal accounts with Allah? Allah is the Source of the Ruhhul Amin; Ruhhul Quddus; Ruhhul Ghulab; and all of the other Ruhhs that fill our spirits, lives, bodies, homes and paths. If sourcing for Ruhh (Spirit) or Nafs (Soul) is taking place to other than Allah (swt), the ones doing this in religion expose themselves to being categorized as mushrikun, and, in addition, this raises the question of the "Forbidden Fruit" on earth in a spiritual exchange (of this type between people) without Allah (swt) being the Source; or going to the wrong Tree for life. We are seeing a lot of programs on the concepts of vampires, like Vampire Diaries and Twilight (series), etc. (may Allah be refuge from Shaitan), but, sourcing another human for spirit, whether going through the blood or whatnot, perhaps is a similitude of the Tree of Forbidden Fruit in the Garden of Eden of days of old Tree of Forbidden Life, Again?. If beings that drank blood were not a problem, then, Allah (swt) would not have revealed Leviticus 17 to Nabi Musa (infinite saws); or Surahtul Baqarah Ayat 173 to Nabi Muhammad (infinite saws). Because perhaps it is not the blood itself that is sought, but, the life that flows through the blood. Leviticus 14 reads, "The life of every creature is in the blood. That is why I have told the people of Israel never to eat or drink it, for the life of any bird or animal is in the blood. So whoever eats or drinks blood must be cut off." From this it is obvious why when Nabi Muhammad (infinite saws) was offered a choice between wine and milk, from the ArchAngel Gabriel Jibril (infinite as), Nabi Muhammad (infinite saws) chose milk. Below I recount the hadith. Thus, I am not saying that all women (in Islam, etc.) are blood-suckers (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon the the women of Islam) but, I am saying that some females of the earth are and have been in the past (may Allah be refuge), "O ye who believe! Truly, among your wives and your children are (some that are) enemies to yourselves: so beware of them! But if ye forgive and overlook, and cover up (their faults), verily God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. ~ Surahtul Taghabuni 14" May Allah guide the earnest seekers of true, wholesome, lawful, just, right and healthy marriage.

No. 3626 - Narrated Abbas bin Malik:
Malik bin Sasaa said that Allah's Apostle described to them his Night Journey saying, "While I was lying in Al-Hatim or Al-Hijr, suddenly someone came to me and cut my body open from here to here." I asked Al-Jarud who was by my side, "What does he mean?" He said, "It means from his throat to his pubic area," or said, "From the top of the chest." The Prophet further said, "He then took out my heart. Then a gold tray of Belief was brought to me and my heart was washed and was filled (with Belief) and then returned to its original place. Then a white animal which was smaller than a mule and bigger than a donkey was brought to me." (On this Al-Jarud asked, "Was it the Buraq, O Abu Hamza?" I (i.e. Anas) replied in the affirmative). The Prophet said, "The animal's step (was so wide that it) reached the farthest point within the reach of the animal's sight. I was carried on it, and Gabriel set out with me till we reached the nearest heaven.
When he asked for the gate to be opened, it was asked, 'Who is it?' Gabriel answered, 'Gabriel.' It was asked, 'Who is accompanying you?' Gabriel replied, 'Muhammad.' It was asked, 'Has Muhammad been called?' Gabriel replied in the affirmative. Then it was said, 'He is welcomed. What an excellent visit his is!' The gate was opened, and when I went over the first heaven, I saw Adam there. Gabriel said (to me). 'This is your father, Adam; pay him your greetings.' So I greeted him and he returned the greeting to me and said, 'You are welcomed, O pious son and pious Prophet.' Then Gabriel ascended with me till we reached the second heaven. Gabriel asked for the gate to be opened. It was asked, 'Who is it?' Gabriel answered, 'Gabriel.' It was asked, 'Who is accompanying you?' Gabriel replied, 'Muhammad.' It was asked, 'Has he been called?' Gabriel answered in the affirmative. Then it was said, 'He is welcomed. What an excellent visit his is!' The gate was opened.

When I went over the second heaven, there I saw Yahya (i.e. John) and 'Isa (i.e. Jesus) who were cousins of each other. Gabriel said (to me), 'These are John and Jesus; pay them your greetings.' So I greeted them and both of them returned my greetings to me and said, 'You are welcomed, O pious brother and pious Prophet.' Then Gabriel ascended with me to the third heaven and asked for its gate to be opened. It was asked, 'Who is it?' Gabriel replied, 'Gabriel.' It was asked, 'Who is accompanying you?' Gabriel replied, 'Muhammad.' It was asked, 'Has he been called?' Gabriel replied in the affirmative. Then it was said, 'He is welcomed, what an excellent visit his is!' The gate was opened, and when I went over the third heaven there I saw Joseph. Gabriel said (to me), 'This is Joseph; pay him your greetings.' So I greeted him and he returned the greeting to me and said, 'You are welcomed, O pious brother and pious Prophet.' Then Gabriel ascended with me to the fourth heaven and asked for its gate to be opened. It was asked, 'Who is it?' Gabriel replied, 'Gabriel' It was asked, 'Who is accompanying you?' Gabriel replied, 'Muhammad.' It was asked, 'Has he been called?' Gabriel replied in the affirmative. Then it was said, 'He is welcomed, what an excel lent visit his is!'

The gate was opened, and when I went over the fourth heaven, there I saw Idris. Gabriel said (to me), 'This is Idris (i.e. Prophet Enoch); pay him your greetings.' So I greeted him and he returned the greeting to me and said, 'You are welcomed, O pious brother and pious Prophet.' Then Gabriel ascended with me to the fifth heaven and asked for its gate to be opened. It was asked, 'Who is it?' Gabriel replied, 'Gabriel.' It was asked. 'Who is accompanying you?' Gabriel replied, 'Muhammad.' It was asked, 'Has he been called?' Gabriel replied in the affirmative. Then it was said He is welcomed, what an excellent visit his is! So when I went over the fifth heaven, there I saw Harun (i.e. Aaron), Gabriel said, (to me). This is Aaron; pay him your greetings.' I greeted him and he returned the greeting to me and said, 'You are welcomed, O pious brother and pious Prophet.' Then Gabriel ascended with me to the sixth heaven and asked for its gate to be opened. It was asked. 'Who is it?' Gabriel replied, 'Gabriel.' It was asked, 'Who is accompanying you?' Gabriel replied, 'Muhammad.' It was asked, 'Has he been called?' Gabriel replied in the affirmative. It was said, 'He is welcomed. What an excellent visit his is!'

When I went (over the sixth heaven), there I saw Moses. Gabriel said (to me),' This is Moses; pay him your greeting. So I greeted him and he returned the greetings to me and said, 'You are welcomed, O pious brother and pious Prophet.' When I left him (i.e. Moses) he wept. Someone asked him, 'What makes you weep?' Moses said, 'I weep because after me there has been sent (as Prophet) a young man whose followers will enter Paradise in greater numbers than my followers.' Then Gabriel ascended with me to the seventh heaven and asked for its gate to be opened. It was asked, 'Who is it?' Gabriel replied, 'Gabriel.' It was asked,' Who is accompanying you?' Gabriel replied, 'Muhammad.' It was asked, 'Has he been called?' Gabriel replied in the affirmative. Then it was said, 'He is welcomed. What an excellent visit his is!'

So when I went (over the seventh heaven), there I saw Abraham. Gabriel said (to me), 'This is your father; pay your greetings to him.' So I greeted him and he returned the greetings to me and said, 'You are welcomed, O pious son and pious Prophet.' Then I was made to ascend to Sidrat-ul-Muntaha (i.e. the Lote Tree of the utmost boundary) Behold! Its fruits were like the jars of Hajr (i.e. a place near Medina) and its leaves were as big as the ears of elephants. Gabriel said, 'This is the Lote Tree of the utmost boundary) . Behold ! There ran four rivers, two were hidden and two were visible, I asked, 'What are these two kinds of rivers, O Gabriel?' He replied,' As for the hidden rivers, they are two rivers in Paradise and the visible rivers are the Nile and the Euphrates.'

Then Al-Bait-ul-Ma'mur (i.e. the Sacred House) was shown to me and a container full of wine and another full of milk and a third full of honey were brought to me. I took the milk. Gabriel remarked, 'This is the Islamic religion which you and your followers are following.
' Then the prayers were enjoined on me: They were fifty prayers a day. When I returned, I passed by Moses who asked (me), 'What have you been ordered to do?' I replied, 'I have been ordered to offer fifty prayers a day.' Moses said, 'Your followers cannot bear fifty prayers a day, and by Allah, I have tested people before you, and I have tried my level best with Bani Israel (in vain). Go back to your Lord and ask for reduction to lessen your followers' burden.' So I went back, and Allah reduced ten prayers for me. Then again I came to Moses, but he repeated the same as he had said before. Then again I went back to Allah and He reduced ten more prayers. When I came back to Moses he said the same, I went back to Allah and He ordered me to observe ten prayers a day. When I came back to Moses, he repeated the same advice, so I went back to Allah and was ordered to observe five prayers a day.

When I came back to Moses, he said, 'What have you been ordered?' I replied, 'I have been ordered to observe five prayers a day.' He said, 'Your followers cannot bear five prayers a day, and no doubt, I have got an experience of the people before you, and I have tried my level best with Bani Israel, so go back to your Lord and ask for reduction to lessen your follower's burden.' I said, 'I have requested so much of my Lord that I feel ashamed, but I am satisfied now and surrender to Allah's Order.' When I left, I heard a voice saying, 'I have passed My Order and have lessened the burden of My Worshipers." ~ Sahih Al Bukhari Book of the Merits of the Ansar

No. 3165 - Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Apostle said, "On the night of my Ascension to Heaven, I saw (the prophet) Moses who was a thin person with lank hair, looking like one of the men of the tribe of Shanua; and I saw Jesus who was of average height with red face as if he had just come out of a bathroom. And I resemble prophet Abraham more than any of his offspring does. Then I was given two cups, one containing milk and the other wine. Gabriel said, 'Drink whichever you like.' I took the milk and drank it. Gabriel said, 'You have accepted what is natural (or wholesome), (True Religion i.e. Islam) and if you had taken the wine, your followers would have gone astray.'" ~ Sahih Al Bukhari Book of the Prophets

My hesitation or reservation about the last hadith must be expressed through Surahtul Baqarah Ayat 285, "The Apostle believeth in what hath been revealed to him from his Lord, as do the men of faith. Each one (of them) believeth in God, His angels, His books, and His apostles. "We make no distinction (they say) between one and another of His apostles." And they say: "We hear, and we obey: (We seek) Thy forgiveness, our Lord, and to Thee is the end of all journeys."" Thus, infinite (saws) upon Nabi Musa and Al Masihu Isa Ibn Maryam and upon Maryam.

Healing in Religion

Matthew 9:19 As Jesus and the disciples were going to the official's home, 20 a woman who had had a hemorrhage for twelve years came up behind him. She touched the fringe of his robe, 21 for she thought, "If I can just touch his robe, I will be healed." 22 Jesus turned around and said to her, "Daughter, be encouraged! Your faith has made you well." And the woman was healed at that moment.
Concerning healing and the effect that it has on time (Reference Surahtul Asr). It is not really having time if the person has not healthy, optimum, and efficient use of that time. Otherwise, the time is being used to heal and recover (in the case of health) or is being wasted (in the case of optimal efficiency). Rest, leisure and relaxation (including exercise) should be factored into your optimum use of time. May Allah bless the muslims time (and count me amongst the muslims). But, it is certainly good to have time to recover from all illnesses, though, death is the exception (although, the grave is a rest before the greater existence of the Afterlife the time spent there in healing is predicated on the life a person led by their faith and deeds, because as we know the grave can either be a place of torment with hellfire and dragons or a place of healing rest.). But this raises the question of the wisdom behind the decision of the medical industry to charge people for healthcare. I mean, after all, the Messiah (infinite saws) did this for free as an act of charity. Should those that are serving in the medical fields be volunteers? Continuing on the issue of time, one has to factor in that the doctor and the other people serving have to maintain healthy resistance to the illnesses of the people that they treat. That would require supplies, equipment and a healthy lifestyle for those professionals. This is not to be taken out of context. I am not slighting Obama Healthcare Reforms. Because under that policy physicians still get compensated by the insurance coverage. I am talking here about "doctors" being used involuntarily for service, versus voluntary service, and whether or not that "doctor" has the right to demand payment; or that patient to demand free service? Another question is does that, then, subject the "doctor" to being exploited on an involuntary or voluntary basis? Making the doctor a sort of "sacrifice" for the patients illnesses. Blog Concerning Sacrifices. And does that lend credence to why it is important for holy religious leaders to be compensated for the time spent healing others, leaving to their discretion as to when and where they do things for free.
Does a patient have the right to make a doctor serve them for free? I mean, in matters of the Holy Spirit which the Messiah (infinite saws) was strengthened with, "Then will Allah say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Recount My favour to thee and to thy mother. Behold! I strengthened thee with the holy spirit, so that thou didst speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. Behold! I taught thee the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel and behold! thou makest out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, by My leave, and thou breathest into it and it becometh a bird by My leave, and thou healest those born blind, and the lepers, by My leave. And behold! thou bringest forth the dead by My leave. And behold! I did restrain the Children of Israel from (violence to) thee when thou didst show them the clear Signs, and the unbelievers among them said: ’This is nothing but evident magic.’" ~ Holy Quran Al Maidah 110 So again, in matters of the spirit, the Messiah (infinite saws) was strengthened with the Ruhh Al Quddus and he (saws) detected when the hemorrhaging woman had touched his robes. Thus, indicating to me that it was felt, and if it was felt, then, it had an effect upon him. The verse suggests that she was trying to get healed for free and without him knowing about it. The question, then, becomes does the doctor have the right to charge people for the process of recovery from the effects of having healed people; and to shield from being exploited? Afterall, the scriptures say that he (infinite saws) (and Maryam (infinite saws)) were both people that had to eat their daily bread, "And the apostles whom We sent before thee were all (men) who ate food and walked through the streets: We have made some of you as a trial for others: will ye have patience? for God is One Who sees (all things)." ~ Holy Quran Al Furqan 20
Thus, there is the need for, even, these men (Al Anbiya, the Prophets) to be nourished and sustained. Is this justification enough for charging people for medical services. I would have to answer that it certainly doesn't give another person the right to demand, command or order a holy person to heal them for free; nor when that holy person does not wish to. Contrarily, is there a price that anyone can place on The Spirit of Allah, or one's own spirit, and this becomes an alarming concern as neither should be sold.
Sahih Al Bukhari Vol. 4 Book of Medicine
Whenever Allah's Apostle went to bed, he used to recite Surat-al-Ikhlas, Surat-al-Falaq and Surat-an-Nas and then blow on his palms and pass them over his face and those parts of his body that his hands could reach. And when he fell ill, he used to order me to do like that for him.
Sahih Al Bukhari Vol. 4 Book of Medicine
A group of the companions of Allah's Apostle proceeded on a journey till they dismounted near one of the Arab tribes and requested them to entertain them as their guests, but they (the tribe people) refused to entertain them. Then the chief of that tribe was bitten by a snake (or stung by a scorpion) and he was given all sorts of treatment, but all in vain. Some of them said, "Will you go to the group (those travelers) who have dismounted near you and see if one of them has something useful?" They came to them and said, "O the group! Our leader has been bitten by a snake (or stung by a scorpion) and we have treated him with everything but nothing benefited him Has anyone of you anything useful?" One of them replied, "Yes, by Allah, I know how to treat with a Ruqya. But. by Allah, we wanted you to receive us as your guests but you refused. I will not treat your patient with a Ruqya till you fix for us something as wages." Consequently they agreed to give those travellers a flock of sheep. The man went with them (the people of the tribe) and started spitting (on the bite) and reciting Surat-al-Fatiha till the patient was healed and started walking as if he had not been sick. When the tribe people paid them their wages they had agreed upon, some of them (the Prophet's companions) said, "Distribute (the sheep)." But the one who treated with the Ruqya said, "Do not do that till we go to Allah's Apostle and mention to him what has happened, and see what he will order us." So they came to Allah's Apostle and mentioned the story to him and he said, "How do you know that Surat-al-Fatiha is a Ruqya? You have done the right thing. Divide (what you have got) and assign for me a share with you."
Here the Sahabas were intending to treat the man for free, but, because of how they were treated decided to charge that people for the service. This Sunnah, obviously, makes it permissible to charge people for medical services in Al-Islam, and further gives the treating physician/religious scholar the discretion whether to charge or not charge. Compare this snakebite treatment to the scripture which reads: "Numbers 21:1 The Canaanite king of Arad, who lived in the Negev, heard that the Israelites were approaching on the road to Atharim. So he attacked the Israelites and took some of them as prisoners. 2 Then the people of Israel made this vow to the LORD: "If you will help us conquer these people, we will completely destroy all their towns." 3 The LORD heard their request and gave them victory over the Canaanites. The Israelites completely destroyed them and their towns, and the place has been called Hormah ever since. 4 Then the people of Israel set out from Mount Hor, taking the road to the Red Sea to go around the land of Edom. But the people grew impatient along the way, 5 and they began to murmur against God and Moses. "Why have you brought us out of Egypt to die here in the wilderness?" they complained. "There is nothing to eat here and nothing to drink. And we hate this wretched manna!" 6 So the LORD sent poisonous snakes among them, and many of them were bitten and died. 7 Then the people came to Moses and cried out, "We have sinned by speaking against the LORD and against you. Pray that the LORD will take away the snakes." So Moses prayed for the people. 8 Then the LORD told him, "Make a replica of a poisonous snake and attach it to the top of a pole. Those who are bitten will live if they simply look at it!" 9 So Moses made a snake out of bronze and attached it to the top of a pole. Whenever those who were bitten looked at the bronze snake, they recovered!" Contrast the Numbers passage above with the content at this link: The Caduceus as a symbol of Medicine also, some points of concern and reflection upon this post and the content of the Caduceus link with: Forbidden Najwa, Laghwa and Gharrar. Sahih Al Bukhari Vol. 4 Book of Medicine
The Prophet used to treat some of his wives by passing his right hand over the place of ailment and used to say, "O Lord of the people! Remove the difficulty and bring about healing as You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your Healing, a healing that will leave no ailment."
Sahih Al Bukhari Vol. 4 Book of Medicine
The Prophet used to say to the patient, "In the Name of Allah The earth of our land and the saliva of some of us cure our patient."

Thus, this is work that is being done in the Spirit of Allah or Ruhh Al Quddus...by the Spirit of Allah or Ruhh Al Quddus. I support this observation with the ayat,
[16:102]
"Say, the Holy Spirit has brought the revelation from thy Lord in Truth, in order to strengthen those who believe, and as a Guide and Glad Tidings to Muslims."

So what becomes the problem? The problem arises when person A, who goes to Allah (swt) for what it is that they need, comes across person B, who likes to source humans or (holy men and women) for the healing that they need from the spirit. Important to note: this is a problem that is in all of the 4 major faith groups in various ways. Again, each group has guilt, in this, in various ways. It becomes kind of like being robbed for those that go to The Source or One God. I would like to cite, at this time, 2 earlier blogs: Some Notes on the Bible; and Those that Sap. There is a correlation with being someone that is in a sapped state and being one that saps others. Thus, the 2 states can be toggled in the Proverb of Nabi Sulaimon (infinite saws) mentioned, therein. Spirit of Allah.
[2:183]
O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that ye may (learn) self-restraint,-
[2:184]
(Fasting) for a fixed number of days; but if any of you is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed number (Should be made up) from days later. For those who can do it (With hardship), is a ransom, the feeding of one that is indigent. But he that will give more, of his own free will,- it is better for him. And it is better for you that ye fast, if ye only knew.
Reference to a similar scenario may be needed here:
[58:4]
And he who findeth not (the wherewithal), let him fast for two successive months before they touch one another; and for him who is unable to do so (the penance is) the feeding of sixty needy ones. This, that ye may put trust in Allah and His messenger. Such are the limits (imposed by Allah); and for disbelievers is a painful doom.

[2:185]
Ramadhan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur’an, as a guide to mankind, also clear (Signs) for guidance and judgment (Between right and wrong). So every one of you who is present (at his home) during that month should spend it in fasting, but if any one is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed period (Should be made up) by days later. God intends every facility for you; He does not want to put to difficulties. (He wants you) to complete the prescribed period, and to glorify Him in that He has guided you; and perchance ye shall be grateful.

This investigation was, by no means, exhaustive. There are still areas like "Parable of the Roman Officer" in the Injeel and questions such as "Forbidden Fruit" (on earth) However, it was a sincere crack at the issue of healing in religion. Forgiveness is like being healed, it is hard for a person to heal or recover that continues to do the things that angered Allah (swt), initially. I close with Surahtul Qadr of the Holy Quran, essentially, Allah's costs (time spent in fasting the month of Ramadan) for the Spirit to His (swt) worshippers:
Power or Decree
In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
[97:1]
We have indeed revealed this (Message) in the Night of Power:
[97:2]
And what will explain to thee what the night of power is?
[97:3]
The Night of Power is better than a thousand months.
[97:4]
Therein come down the angels and the Spirit by God’s permission, on every errand:
[97:5]
Peace!...This until the rise of morn!
