Wazirat or Vizier, Again? God Said, No.

 

Bismi Allahi Al Rahmani Al Raheemi.
Aoudhubillahi minal shaitanir rajeemi.
ASA WR WB to believing Muslim friends.

When I look at this Hadith, already it is shutdown corner on it with, "A la taziru waziratan wizra ukhray" (that no bearer of burdens shall bear the burdens of another)...but, even if the converse took place additionally it would still be unlawful by the Wazir restrictions of Nabi Muhammad (also a Wazir restriction is with the Messiah) (epbut)... but even if it were a lawful converse, there is not a mention of the converse (again not to be accepted), "This Ummah is one body when one of its members is healthy the others respond with vigor and radiant life and health. Frolicking like sheep or goats let free to pasture up yonder mountain skipping across the mountain tops."

Is that even a thought, reference or consideration in this Hadith, and even if so, it would again also have to be declined. Allah (swt) Gave us as humans easier instructions. Of course, the practice of the Ruqya is something that is a work of Sacred Healing through Kalima, however. But Allah (swt) Gives us abundance within the limits of "Give of what ye have Lawfully earned of the Fruits of the Earth that We Provide for you. Don't even think of doing something that is evil that through it you may do good." Because if it is being asked to "Go back." with that then hey it is shutdown corner on it. "Go back." applies to our dwellings but also our persons as we each must continue to govern and maintain sovereignty over our own selves. 

I am going to try to include all of these Ayats in this post. Such an unassuming but deeply wicked hadith (Proverb from Solomon that the wicked rejoice in evil because it turns things upside down) and not all hadiths are. It is wicked because, what if the person's illness which I mentioned before had fine print of being because of sins. What if the person's illness was a penalty from God? Then only God can lift it. Because if I lift it and they go back to doing what caused the condemnation of God then they have released wickedness and bound righteousness and alignment with Faith. Because it cannot be lifted, except by God, then some plan a workaround in it being transferred to another to bear it. Only God can lift it. Basically, Leviticus verses below are saying "Only God can Redeem those who He has Condemned or Penalized." we cannot make that our work due to need of determination and measure of repentance. To be preoccupied with that work is an injustice. He told us another process. All of these Ayats I tried to contain here. And the healing that is done should not be to the defilement of the person assisting the healing process. Giving in Charity to someone who is poor and needy should not be to the poverty of the person assisting the needy. Why would God solve one problem and, in the process, create the same one again at the same time? It also interferes with Classical Conditioning from Allah (swt) in the Holy Scriptures of Nabi Sulaimon (epbuh and all the Anbiya mentioned here and who's Words have been shared). It ruins the reward system in Faith. In short, my role is to come up with the medicines from the Earth through study (Darasat) and productivity (Salihat). This simpler lawful thing is not to be passed up with the complex unlawful thing.

Magic Carries One Of The Costliest (set of) Penalties By Allah (swt)

Magic has to have one of the most costly set of penalties of all penalties by Allah (swt). There are 4 enormous penalties for magic.

1. The buyers of magic knew that they would have no share in the hereafter among creation. That there would be erected a barrier beyond which they cannot pass into the future. That is an enormous cost by itself.
2. The purchase or use of magic mars (sows the divide) between the natural attraction between man and woman (man and wife). That is also enormous all by itself.
3. The buyers (and users) of magic are and become people that incline (desire) to do what is harmful and non-beneficial as oppose to what is helpful and beneficial.
4. Vile was the price for which they (buyers and users of magic) did sell their souls if they but knew.
Look at those penalties. If those don't say do not dabble nor use magic...that is indeed largely what that says. But, you may get someone that comes to you or responds to you and says, "Magic is not real. This is not necessary." I would not even argue with that type of person. I would simply delete or block them. Because why would Allah (swt) tell us in 2 Holy Books that magic is unlawful and do not use it, if it doesn't even exist?

Lastly the buyers and users of magic do not want to stop there. But they will want to take a sacrifice or scapegoat to bear the burdens, costs and consequences of their choice of buying or using magic.

[That is why must be careful about this Hadith, because it could be possible that a person might use or buy it. Sins being likened to illnesses is a cause of great concern in combination with that Hadith above...which could then involve the 4 penalties for magic, and many other profoundly problematic penalties from Allah (swt). That possibility of the transfer of some penalties from Allah would be horrible...horrendous.]
But, look at how wicked and evil that is or would be. That would want to make a Prophet (as) or person of faith in Allah (swt) bear those 4 penalties for them. With that type of person...just ask Allah (swt) to transform them into snakes and send an Angel to carry them to the outback in Australia to be released in a way that they never escape until Day of Judgment, and are never heard from again.

Note the Parallelism of these 2 verses of 2 different Holy Books. If we consider cross to mean burden.

The Ruqya on someone of heavy alcohol consumption?

Below is a excerpt from the confusing blog notes on Healing in Religion that I reflected on a few months ago.

Sahih Al Bukhari Vol. 4 Book of Medicine Whenever Allah's Apostle went to bed, he used to recite Surat-al-Ikhlas, Surat-al-Falaq and Surat-an-Nas and then blow on his palms and pass them over his face and those parts of his body that his hands could reach. And when he fell ill, he used to order me to do like that for him. Sahih Al Bukhari Vol. 4 Book of Medicine A group of the companions of Allah's Apostle proceeded on a journey till they dismounted near one of the Arab tribes and requested them to entertain them as their guests, but they (the tribe people) refused to entertain them. Then the chief of that tribe was bitten by a snake (or stung by a scorpion) and he was given all sorts of treatment, but all in vain. Some of them said, "Will you go to the group (those travelers) who have dismounted near you and see if one of them has something useful?" They came to them and said, "O the group! Our leader has been bitten by a snake (or stung by a scorpion) and we have treated him with everything but nothing benefited him Has anyone of you anything useful?" One of them replied, "Yes, by Allah, I know how to treat with a Ruqya. But. by Allah, we wanted you to receive us as your guests but you refused. I will not treat your patient with a Ruqya till you fix for us something as wages." Consequently they agreed to give those travellers a flock of sheep. The man went with them (the people of the tribe) and started spitting (on the bite) and reciting Surat-al-Fatiha till the patient was healed and started walking as if he had not been sick. When the tribe people paid them their wages they had agreed upon, some of them (the Prophet's companions) said, "Distribute (the sheep)." But the one who treated with the Ruqya said, "Do not do that till we go to Allah's Apostle and mention to him what has happened, and see what he will order us." So they came to Allah's Apostle and mentioned the story to him and he said, "How do you know that Surat-al-Fatiha is a Ruqya? You have done the right thing. Divide (what you have got) and assign for me a share with you."

Here the Sahabas were intending to treat the man for free, but, because of how they were treated decided to charge that people for the service. This Sunnah, obviously, makes it permissible to charge people for medical services in Al-Islam, and further gives the treating physician/religious scholar the discretion whether to charge or not charge.

Allah has established that the Holy Quran was brought down by the Holy Spirit. So if one wants to have a connection with the Holy Spirit one should keep up the reading and recitation of the Holy Quran. The Quran says,

Say, the Holy Spirit has brought the revelation from thy Lord in Truth, in order to strengthen those who believe, and as a Guide and Glad Tidings to Muslims. ~ Holy Quran Surahtul Nahl Ayat 102

Also worth noting is the ayat,

They ask thee concerning the Spirit (of inspiration). Say: "The Spirit (cometh) by command of my Lord: of knowledge it is only a little that is communicated to you, (O men!)" ~ Holy Quran Surahtul Isra Ayat 85

When we factor in Leviticus 17, we get,

14 The life of every creature is in the blood. That is why I have told the people of Israel never to eat or drink it, for the life of any bird or animal is in the blood. So whoever eats or drinks blood must be cut off. ~ Holy Bible Leviticus 17:14

Also,

Had We sent this as a Qur’an (in the language) other than Arabic, they would have said: "Why are not its verses explained in detail? What! (a Book) not in Arabic and (a Messenger an Arab?" Say: "It is a Guide and a Healing to those who believe; and for those who believe not, there is a deafness in their ears, and it is blindness in their (eyes): They are (as it were) being called from a place far distant!" ~ Holy Quran Surahtul Fussilat Ayat 44

It is well established that the Holy Spirit fulfills the commands and instructions of Allah towards life or death. Obedience to the Commands increases life, and disobedience to the Commands increases death...because Allah desires that faith, good deeds and righteousness should prevail, and that sin and unrighteousness should fail. "God’s object also is to purge those that are true in Faith and to deprive of blessing Those that resist Faith." ~ HQ 3:141. Thus, in the example above of the Ruqya, the Word or Kalima of Allah (i.e Surahtul Fatiha or Opening Chapter of Holy Quran) heals a snake bite. The snake bite transmits a poison into the bloodstream of it's victim. Nabi Muhammad (eternal pbuh) taught that this can be combated by the Holy Spirit that is in the Kalima of the Quranul Kareem. This transmits the Spirit from Allah into the bloodstream which combats the snakebite and invigorates the cells of the body with life. Alcohol is known to be something that destroys the cells, and dries things up...it is almost equivalent to the opposite of water...which is why many Native American Indians referred to it as "Fire Water". It even has a burning sensation depending on the type of drink that it is and it's level of alcohol content. Now this is not to negate the value of rubbing alcohol in medicine. Rubbing alcohol, however, is not consumed so is safe for many medicinal purposes. But, drinking alcohol destroys and dries up the cells...often times a person that drinks a lot of alcohol begins to appear to have skin like aged, worn leather. This is from the damaging effects of the alcohol working within the body. So the question becomes does a muslim continue to perform the Ruqya on someone that has a chronic, addiction or habitual habit of consuming alcoholic drinks? Is it in vain? It would seem that the answer is first they would have to agree to abandon the behavior causing the illness, sickness, decay, destruction to their body. Then, second, they would have to agree to the payment. Then, third, administer the Ruqya. There is a hadith that a woman (or companion) of Paradise could spit in the ocean and it would become sweet. [Please pardon the reference to this Hadith from Tablighi Jumaat. Really this type of thing is kind of mute idea by the reality that if Allah (God) wants the ocean to be salty then it should remain salty. This post was old from 2012.
